  1. Hey Veevoir! Thanks for the post. Just for clarification, was this something that once you reloaded resolved the issue? Or are you never able to attack the merchant ships? I know the saves aren't uploaded well on the site, but if you can zip them up or use a external cloud save feature it would help us assess this issue. Thanks! -Caleb

  3. Hey Everest1, Yes, you will need to account for the savefile path being moved to the correct location, but the files will translate over to steam with no issues. Let me know if this helps! Best, -Caleb

  5. Hey Dmdtt, Thanks for your post but sorry for hearing your issue, that's defintely not how we want the pets to work. Do you have the Smart AI enabled? Its the little icon on the left of your ability UI when you have your Player character selected? Ill get a bug in to be investigated, so any info or .log files you can provide would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! -Caleb
  6. Hey Nebty, Let me try to help figure out your issue. When you select choose Pillars 1 save, does it show nothing? If so, have you verified the game was completed? The last thing is to make sure the file path for PoE1 is correct, it may be looking for a different location. If that doesn't work, try placing the .gamecomplete file in your PoE2 saves folder. This is usually by default C:\Users\[uSERNAME]\Saved Games , where your computer name goes in [uSERNAME]. Let me know if this helps! Thanks, -Caleb

  8. Hey Kvohr, Thanks for the post! Any means you have to link would be greatly appreciated. If you need help with any cloud or file sharing for .txt or .log files google drive, pastebin, and dropbox have been utilized by other posters in the past.   12. Hey rachkir, We were having technical issues with Steam as well for the Ultimate Fig Edition, that it looks like should be resolved at this time. If you could close and reopen your Steam client it should resolve the issue. If not please let me know and we can try to troubleshoot further. Thanks, -Caleb

  16. Hey samzala, That's not fun to deal with, sorry you're having such issues on launch. Ideally I'd like it if when I click Empower all spell tooltips are modified to include the bonus power levels e.g. I click Empower, right-click Minoletta's Minor Missiles and the number of projectiles reflects the bonus power levels from Empower. Ideally there should be an Encylopedia entry breaking this down in detail. We definitely have empower bugged for clarity in our system currently, thanks all for bringing this up!
