I never visited the BioBoards on any kind of regular basis but I remember the few times I did go there that the developers seemed to actually talk to the community and be friendly people. I'm sad that that didn't last from the sound of things.

I do kind of wonder why they haven't done this already, although I suppose that was the idea with SC:Ghost (Or was that a stealth game?).

For whatever it's worth to you Assassin's Creed Syndicate was set in Victorian England so similar period and aesthetic and is a really good game, I'd recommend picking it up the next time it's on sale.

WB pulled a ton of shady **** with Shadow of Mordor to manipulate the press. The weird thing is that the game was actually pretty ****ing awesome and they totally didn't need to do anything of the sort and could have just let the game get by on its merits. I would say that Cameron's room is most likely much more interesting. Juncker probably don't even have plans to continue his political career after his tenure in Commission is over, which is probably before actual brexit happens. So he mimicked their tough talk stance on Europe and accidentally got himself into the position where he was strong-armed into holding a referendum and made that fringe party a political force. He put his party's electoral chances before the national interest. He shouldn't be resigning, he should be kicked out. He's an incompetent ****wit and the only thing that stops me jumping for joy that he's losing his job is that all of the potential replacements are worse. And now he's shrugging his shoulders and walking away from the mess he created. Bastard.

I'm about to start Dreamfall Chapters. Since I backed it on kickstarter way back I've avoided the offical site, threads and articles about the game, now three hours before it's finished downloading I've apparently found out a massive spoiler. I hate it when that happens . I've also just finished Assassin's Creed Syndicate which I liked a great deal, loved having two protagonists the story switches between and both characters were awesome, I hope both of the lead voice actors get more work, they gave great performances.

The enemy overlords don't regenerate health between missions and only stick around for a few rounds each mission they appear in before running off through a portal. You're meant to grind them down over the campaign for what it's worth although I can't decide whether they make the game better or worse.

I'm down. Either that or Warhammer 40k, I just want me some space marines in power armor. Because that turned out so well last time. I like the Ultramarines movie, it's not the best thing ever but it's pretty good for what it is. The Dead Space movie, the 2d anime one was pretty cool as well.

I've not played the game myself but I saw a video of somebody using forests to conceal units. Wood elves excel at this making them superior to all of the current Total Warhammer races but from memory the tabletop game basically only had high ground, structures and trees for terrain as I remember it (Our Games Workshop was pathetically small though). Could you even enter structures in the vanilla tabletop game? I know there are loads of special rules made up over the years both in stores and courtesy of White Dwarf (Is the White Dwarf in Total Warhammer btw?) but it seems like the Total War engine would already simulate a lot of the vanilla'ish rules and feel of the tabletop game.
