To be fair the Deus Ex: Human Revolution trailers looked like that too and it thankfully wasn't the case. Also, Bloodlines was pretty action heavy in the last half anyway.

They are reliable, they have reliably declared war on everyone. You can expect them to keep doing that. Yeah pretty much. It's too bad that the multiplayer campaign is limited to two people.

I'm playing Warhammer 2 Total War, this time as the Bretonians. I'm finally getting used to their peasant & cavalry heavy roster but I'm exasperated by the political AI which is still pretty wonky. I've actually had campaigns where all my allies pulled their weight before but right now I've been dragged into a war with all four of the Wood Elf factions and all of my millitary alliance allies are just sitting there indefinitely despite war targets being set and one of them having the so called 'reliable' trait. Not cool guys, where is your chivalry when it's needed?

New controller, but I'm just clumsy with it
Serrano replied to Melusina's topic in Computer and Console
Tekken or another fighting game will teach you to be very precise with the left stick because to do a lot of the special moves requires you to rotate the stick "just enough", the right stick doesn't get used though. I don't play sports games but my understanding was that they're mainly-left stick focused too. If you want to train yourself to be ambidextrous with both sticks then your best bet is probably a first person shooter or third person action shooter/slasher game because you'll use the left stick to move and the right stick to aim. I don't think it really matters which game you pick, Also, this isn't entirely on topic but Alien Isolation was one of the better games to use with a controller. It made full use of the rumblepack and the pressure sensitive analog movement as part of the gameplay and that's kind of a rarity for pc games. -
Given how popular and high quality collectibles are these days I’d be surprised if there wasn’t something that looks very much like it was pulled from the movie available. https://www.ebay.co.uk/i/253321649079?chn=ps&ul_ref=https%253A%252F%252Frover.ebay.com%252Frover%252F1%252F710-134428-41853-0%252F2%253Fmpre%253Dhttps%25253A%25252F%25252Fwww.ebay.co.uk%25252Fi%25252F253321649079%25253Fchn%25253Dps%2526itemid%253D253321649079%2526targetid%253D594043180790%2526device%253Dm%2526adtype%253Dpla%2526googleloc%253D20342%2526poi%253D%2526campaignid%253D1700162090%2526adgroupid%253D66994533115%2526rlsatarget%253Dpla-594043180790%2526abcId%253D1140486%2526merchantid%253D113076249%2526gclid%253DEAIaIQobChMIuvbms-jj4AIVzJztCh10-QeZEAQYAyABEgIT4PD_BwE%2526srcrot%253D710-134428-41853-0%2526rvr_id%253D1878779365173%2526rvr_ts%253D3f1d1afa1690a16d0ce2bd27ffff6f8d

There was a remaster of the remake of the original Resident Evil for PC. https://store.steampowered.com/app/304240/Resident_Evil__biohazard_HD_REMASTER/

I can appreciate that, for myself I don’t necessarily think that a game being weak in one or two areas should be written off. The gameplay was fun and I got about two months of enjoyment out of it, for me that’s enough

And maybe it will suck less than DA:I and ME:A :D Who am I kidding, it will be another attempt at Engagement Driven Live Service crap, everyone except few whales forgets in two months... Inquisition was a good game it just had a bad main story and sub-par multiplayer.

Just watch the cutscenes on Youtube, you don't get much story in game, it's compelling character and world design, with a story outline the same way Castlevania or Half-Life is, there's actually not too much narrative because it's a game and you play it. It works if you let your gameplay journey be the story. I've played the game before, was more wondering if I was missing something as everyone in a paroxysm of rage post the D:I announcement said it had a complex storyline and was deep. Felt it was a shade better than D3, minus D3's villains - minus Diablo's - idiocy. Then again, same people seriously state D3 has no dark elements in its presentation, so perhaps I am wasting time. The Diablo games are all pretty shallow storywise, it has some great cut-scenes though and is pretty stylish. It's a simple story told well but I doubt many people could make a strong case for it being complex compared to other RPGs that are out there.

I'm working on a web design course and wondering why I can't get a couple of buttons to scroll down to different sections. I'm comparing my code with the code in the tutorial video and I'm not seeing anything different. My best guess so far is that there is a mistake elsewhere that is causing problems but I don't think I'm good enough at html or java yet to spot it. Frustraiting.

It's ****, but so is every AAA game released nowadays. You might enjoy it...I don't know it was a weird game and I hated what it did to the MGS canon. MGS canon was already completely farcical before MGS V existed and I’m fairly sure it was intended to be that way. It got strange after the MGS2 demo and that line "I live on through this arm" and got progressively weirder after that. Don't get me wrong, it's a great series with great characters and even great story threads but the overarching plot is mental.

Congratulations, I hope this is the start of a great period for you guys. Looking forwards to seeing what you all come up with in the future.

I'll wait for GOG release Hellgate is so outdated though. I'd think the Borderlands series or even Zombie Island would do the same thing but better. It's also worth pointing out that all of them, Hellgate included were designed to be at their best as multiplayer games.

Microsoft are buying developers for console exclusives to compete with Sony aren't they? It seems like the deal is more likely to prevent Obsidian doing a remaster than help the situation

Playing through Dead State for the first time and loving it. Loving it. I love the shelter and what Brian, Annie and co. did with the companions both story-wise and mechanically. I love the feel, how tense it is and the sense of importance at keeping everyone alive until something happens and then you have those moments where you feel you might need to gamble with lives or how someone may be becoming a burden and you might need to sacrifice them so as not to drag down the entire group. I wish the game were padded with a bit more variety on the scavenging and exploartion side of things but obviously under the circumstances I think Double Bear did an amazing job and that the game is brilliant. I like how varied all the characters are and their interations with each other and those dynamics where applicable. I think DB put some really interesting story arcs and situations into that side of the game and I'm having a great time watching it all play out. I'm on day But all-in-all I think the game is a technical marvel. It's a shame it didn't sell better, not so much because I want a Dead State 2, this game is good but I think they already covered pretty much everything there is to do in the zombie setting, but I'd love to see them try something similar in another genre like a homage to Aliens or The Thing for example.

You could try the new adult games on Steam. Nothing but happy endings there.

Florida used to sound like an amazing place until I saw these three pictures. They can climb fences, crawl out of sewage drains and ring doorbells. How is anyone still alive out there and why aren't there more horror movies about alligators? They're basically that creature from Alien

Wow, my mistake, thank you for the information

Only a limited number of each were produced though. Sure, it looked good that demand outweighed (the very limited as I remember it) supply but I'm not sure how much of a market there really is for dinosaur bones era videogames. The big advantages to the minis though is that they had roms pre-installed right? How many gamers could get hold of the games they want to play on the polymega? I guess all the rights and defunct developers and publisher rule out offial roms of most games over the last few decades which is kind of sad but still, this type of thing has to be a very niche product.
