  1. Hmm, you mean something like telling Anomen or whatever his name is in BG: Shadows of Amn to take revenge rather than leave it to the law?
  2. Open-ended for me, but I still want there to be a few things that are defined, like at least a few details about the character's past. Otherwise it risks become too boring, as has been said before.
  3. Only if you changed your name to Darth Bane and traveled in time 3000 years into the future. That's a thing about KOTOR: the Sith practice of having an apparentice is there then, but as far as I know, Bane decided that it should not go beyond that, which is seems to do in KOTOR; as soon as the Sith is judged ready, he/she goes on, or kills his/her master to go on... and in the earlier case, the master just take another apparentice.
  4. :D. Always throught that it was a pity that there was nothing you could do to take over the Leviathan for yourself, or at least re-program it to crash somewhere (one ship less for your enemies.. )
  5. http://www.starwars.com/eu/feature/19981218/indexp2.html
  6. Well, for a SW game where we wouldn't be a Jedi or something, I wouldn't mind a story where we are someone like Kir Kanos...
  7. You mean kind of like having Haer'Dalis in your party in BG while you're trying to woo Aerie?
  8. True, and this game's supposed to be mroe like ESB than anything else, or so I heard. In KOTOR 2, I think that just like the Empire had many superior advantages in their battle against the Rebells in ESB, the Sith has many superior advantages as the story begins... But for now they don't have a "Death Star"...
  9. I'm not sure. I think I remember that Malak said that "in some ways, the Star Forge is almost a living being"... But exactly what did he mean by "almost"? That's the big question, I think, at least if related to your question...
  10. Hmm, never did this before. Hmm. Seems like a good reason for another playthrough of KOTOR 2! (not that I'll be able to dot hat anytime soon..) Yeah, I've tried that too; had insanely high Charmisa, Persuade and Affect Mind anf the other ones.. but it didn't work :/. I do agree with that; why put the Persuade/Force Perusade, etc options there if they'll still fail with a 100% certainly? That IMHO makes no sense expect for that they create the illusion of that you might actually succeed.. :/
  11. A KOTNR would be very good to see, especially since so many characters, races and various enemies from that timeline are familiar to us. But for now, I think people should concentrate on KOTOR 2 & 3,
  12. Well, at least parts of what you mentioned will be in KOTOR 2. For example, it is more or less confirmed that what characters that you will meet and join you depend on things like that - Light or Dark side. Meaning that you now might have to play through the game more than once if you want to meet specific characters or so... Or at least it'll motivate you into playing more than once
  13. Hmm, I don't remember that. Still, it's a good reason for me to replay the game, I suppose
  14. Oh, alright, I get your point . I still believe that for a non-foce-user, fightning a Jedi or Dark Jedi is almost suicide.. . Still, I'd not mind a game where we could paly a Bounty Hunter like Boba Fett or somethign like that. But if so, whatever Jedi or Dark Jedi that would appear there would have to not be so easily beaten
  15. Yeah, indeed. It's apparently very, very hard for even the best fighter to battle a Jedi or Dark Jedi and live to tell the tale. Remember that vibro-blade you can buy of a merchant on Tatioone, I think? The blade apparently belonged to someone who fought Revan, but whose skill was in the end not enough to best him (Then, again, Revan was the Dark Lord of the Sith and would thus probably be extra hard to beat). That gives a hint of how hard it is to battle a Dark Jedi in single-combat.. <_<
  16. That was one of the more fun "evil" things to do at the Sith Academy: Give him the wrong sword and then watch as he apys the price for his arrogance and carelessness B) Well, as far as the Sith Academy goes, I agree that the Sith there can be pretty stupid . but as for the taking over part, I heard that you can at least get Uthar to more or less swear the Academy's loyality to you, but still... anyway, hopefully KOTOR 2 will enable us to take over some place like that and have at least a few followers apart from those in your party...
  17. I'm not so sure. If there was a "civil war" among the Sith when the sith Lords turned up and opposed Revan, then if many enough went over the two sides could've had equal forces when they fought, thus most of the ships would be destroyed as it is now... As for the Star Forge itself, I can think of plenty of things that might have happened to it. Perhaps it still exist in the Revan-dark-side-path, but Revan managed to disable it before he fled, by taking out some vital part of it or something like that, thus the Sith Lords are unable to use the Star Forge now...
  18. There was? Can't remember meeting any of them...
  19. Quarren? *looks up the Star Wars database..*... *read, read..* Cool . I see what you mean; would be great to meet a couple of those :D
  20. Whopps. sorry there :/
  21. This webpage lists a lot of planets, among them many from the Outer Rim. Don't know which one would be most likely, but I for one wouldn't mind visiting Mon Calamari...
  22. For sure O_o. This says that the Outer Rim has 26 worlds.. O_o
  23. Yeah, Lucas is probably already training his apparentice who'll take over the mantle of the Dark Lord of Lucasarts...
  24. Either that site is true, or it is like this: Rumors, rumors
  25. I see . Well, it might be for the best if it's Courscant, then . We'll probably be seeing plenty of wilderness anyway
