  1. Only because that someone isn't afraid of death doesn't mean that that person will go and throw him/herself off a skyscraper, you know ;p. In the same way, someone may wish for death and yet be unable to take his/her own life; that's how strong our will to live can be... Well, who can really say if you're right or wrong? We won't know untilt he game is here . But you could very well be correct; if he has a strong desire for revenge, then that'd explain why he continues to exist as he does now, even through it must be a pure hell for him. And it'd also partly explain his lack of fear for death...
  2. If he's doing it, then maybe it's impossible for him to let go of it for some reason. He may be in pain and yet he doesn't wish/dare to let go of the thread that still attaches him to life. Thus, he secretly hopes that someone else will be able to cut that thread...
  3. I see . Well, such a thing might make things interesting - whenever you carried it with you, you'd be immune to whatever Force Powers Dark Jedi used against you. But in the other hand you'd be unable to use your own force powers against them or to protect yourself with them... but it'd indeed be interesting to see a Dark Sithlord try to use Force Lightning on your the same way C'baoth tried to do on Thrawn just to discover that it doesn't work thanks to the Ysalamiri...
  4. You mean an Ysalamari?
  5. Heh . Well direct your praises to the maker of the comic instead. One of the damn best webcomics out there that there is IMHO .
  6. Instead of betraying it, have soem extraordinary fun with it :D :
  7. Hmm, teach them things? Then we might as well teach them to steal candy from children.. teach them to kill old men and take old ladies money... Teach them to be like this?
  8. Hmm, I for one never keept count of how long it took me to play throguh KOTOR 1. And I don't really care either, the game was logn enough IMHO and it had great replay value which was the most important thing about the game IMHO and one I hope will remain in KOTOR 2. As far as I see it right now, I think I'll play KOTOR 2 at least 4 times once it is in my hands and that seems promising enough to me . But I hope the story and the characters of the game is good; that's what REALLY keeps my interest of a game no matter what nice "flashy effects" it may have .
  9. Hmm, this makes me wonder if our main character will know of his past and thus tell it to other party members when asked... Imagine for example Atris asking us how it was to partiparticle in the Mandalorian war and following Revan and Malak...
  10. Voted! :D All hail KOTOR II
  11. The one-million-dollar-question is what that might be, through Was the main chara perhaps an imortant commander under Revan or something like that? Was he unusally strong in the Force? Or what is/was it that set him apart fromt he others and/or makes him soimportant now, important enough for some murderous Sith Assassins to come after you?
  12. Easy, you start up your computer, click on the KOTOR icon, create a character and start to play
  13. Ahh, thanks, now I remember . Hmm, didn't know that he was behind that famous quoute as well.... and, yeah, he'd probably made a firaly interesting Sith
  14. Sounds acceptable. I, at least think it should be interesting if we saw at least some internal struggles among the Sith or even fightning between two Dark Lords...
  15. Hard that quote before. something like 2Those who want to fight monsters should beware so
  16. Not everyone's willing to let go of his/her beliefs...
  17. I'm not sure... Sure, there'll be other Jedi in the game, but they may have keept a low profile until your coming. The Sith might have used the guidance of the Dark side to find you and since it doesn't pick up any other signals (the other Jedi-in-hiding are probably protecting themselves from those things, while your character is just sleeping there, not having a clue of that he has been found by darksiders who've found him just because that he doesn't have any protection) they only find you and thus believe that you're the last Jedi...
  18. Well, I tend to think of thigns in the practical way; if the Sith Lords quarrel among themselves and one gets killed in the progress or if I can use my silver tounge to torn thema gaisnt each other somehow, then I ain't gonna complain, that'd be one less to fight. Letting the two others kill one of them or two of them killing each others and then let the remaining Sith Lord(s) fall under my mighty lightsabers (Yup, I'm almost always usding dual-style :D) is fine by me :D
  19. I imagine that we might see cracks on their alliance somehow. For example, we might see one of those "Meanwhile, elsewhere"-kind of cutscenes that shows all or at least 2 of the sith lords in an argument with each other, or plotting to do something to undermine the third sith lord's infludence... Or soemthing like that
  20. Must be the galaxy's most used excuse/reason . But it's vaild; if you're poor then you are, so to speak <_<
  21. Yeah, it's true in a sense that there should be more of their restless ghosts lying around waiting for you rather than ghosts of dead Sith, so.. . But I believe that both should be in the game anyway; fewer or more of the one or another side doesn't really matter to me as long as both are in
  22. I see . Well, I hope we see both DS and LS ghosts in TSL in any case .
  23. I've wanted to read those books. No library seem to have them, through . And before you ask why I don't simply buy them, then the answer is simple: Aren't exacly rich for the moment so I have to priority things carefully for the moment. A bit unfortunate, but that's how it is. But it's not like I'm in a hurry; I'll probably read those books sonner or later anyway
  24. If DS ghosts should appear, who would it be? Someone from the first game? Malak? Uthar? Someone from the EU, like Marka Ragnos or Naga Sadow? Or someone simply unknown to all of us...?
