  1. Still going on Crysis... AND DYING! I did however got a real close up view of a cabbage.
  2. No worse combat than KOTOR? Its the same bloodly combat found in NWN1 and NWN2 practically. What gets me is that we have this huge galaxy to explore and only one freaking city. Hell, even NWN2 had more than that and its all on one section of a coastline.
  3. Wow. That review pretty much killed my desire for the game.
  4. Point. What is the life of one child when there is over 6 billion plus humans overpopulating the planet.

    She was psycho?
  6. And that is the problem why people can get away with something like this, Guard Dog. People just cannot imagine that this sort of thing can happen but it can and well, it did.
  7. An adult can figure that out pretty damn easily, Archie, but a kid? I remember back when children jumped off the monkey bars because they thought they could fly like superman. Some children don't have the experience necessary to distinguish reality from fantasy, from real life to whatever is on the screen in front of them. Garbage In, Garbage Out, is the term. If the victim was an adult I would fully agree with you 100%, but she wasn't. She was only a child, only 13 years old, with all that entails. That is what makes the difference here.
  8. Never had much trouble with the 680i except the board it self had to be replaced two times.
  9. Sorry, but I have to laugh. I guess Microshaft doesn't consider Canada as a part of North America. HA!
  10. All that crying that Aerie does and all she really needed to do is drink a can of red bull.
  11. With that menu who said there would be anything left over?
  12. Also, just because you have a lot of shooting does not make a game a shooter.
  13. Did you check behind the fridge?
  14. Its not an insult. They are action CRPGs because they are indeed action oriented when it comes to combat, relying on as much on player skill as on character skill to get the job done as well as being real time. Traditional CRPGs the skill in combat, determining if you hit or miss, damage done, and the like is solely based on character skill and be turn base in some form. NWN2 is in that catagory. You an have a story intensive action CRPG such as Bloodlines just as well have a story intensive Traditional CRPG.
  15. They should just deep six it like they did Greyhawk.
  16. One of my favorite shots. Its my desktop image now.
  17. If they kill Mystra and don't have another Mystra to take her place then they have pretty much killed FR. No Mystra, no magic. That has been established since that whole Karsus episode at the end of Netheril.
  18. That was such a really bad review on NWN2. Gee, a DnD game that is actually a DnD game! Who would have thunk it? That reviewer has to be really thick or missing some brain cells.
  19. Given that a katana has a slightly curving blade and is sharp only on one side it requires a greater finesse to use than the average long sword. At least to use it in one hand.
  20. Well, the way I would do it is use the Unearthed Arcana Weapon group proficiency mixed with Arcana Evolved's handling of Exotic Weapons. If you want to learn how to use and focus on the Katana you would have... Weapon Group Proficiency (Blades) Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Agile) Weapon Group Focus (Blades) Weapon Group Specialization (Blades) Or something similar to that effect.
  21. I'll be buying it the moment it comes out for the PC.
  22. Hey, leave me out of this! Rhomal, I have to disagree with you on the Action CRPG front. I have played many "Action" CRPGs that are actually good over the years and most of them don't fit the shooter. Take Jade Empire and Oblivion. Both are excellent Action oriented CRPGs yet no shooter aspects whatsoever. Deus Ex and Bloodlines are also two great action CRPGs that do have shooter aspects but still have strong role playing capabilities. Just because the CRPG isn't turn base does not make it any less a CRPG. It just more action oriented and there is nothing wrong with that.

What's the big deal for her about donating blood when she can regrow limbs and come back from the dead? They can probably drain her dry and she be back up ready to go again an hour later.
  24. No, but it did have Wesley which is twice as bad, until the last season when he stop being such a wus.
  25. From what I have seen and read of ME, ME is as much as a shooter as Bloodlines is. Volourn is correct that it is smack dab in the middle for action RPGs. The same catagory of CRPGs as Jade Empire, Oblivion, and Bloodlines.
