  1. That didn't stop John Wayne to make new commercials.
  2. I am currently installing the PC Version of Jade Empire.
  3. I blame Mary Poppins. Let's go fly a kite, indeed!
  4. You are a lair. So, when do the dragons move in?
  5. And even if you do meet these requirements, it still doesnt work. Really? Could have fooled me. Works just fine for me.
  6. Human stupidity at its finest.
  7. There are many factors that will hamper online play with NWN2. First, iti s the versions one has. Different patched versions will not work with each other. Secondly, both the server and the player needs to have the same PWC file. PWC contains the walkmesh of the module. If one has different PWC versions or no PWC for the module he or she is trying to join there will be an error. PWCs, like hakpaks must be downloaded separated and placed in the PWC folder in the Documents NWN2 directory. Obviously this is not needed if you are trying to multiplay the OC.
  8. If you were in Ames, or areas effected by the huge winter storm you could take pictures of downed trees, animals trying to cope with the sudden snow, people working or helping each other trying to move downed trees, and the such. If I had a camera I would definitely take pictures of this. As for weather nothing is as dangerous as it is beautiful than freezing rain with wet snow.
  9. That is just wrong. WRONG I TELL YOU!
  10. Do you have the PWC downloaded and installed?
  11. I know. I just thought that it was strange that after I put in the new ram and update the drivers I get new screen resolutions just like that. In any case my next monitor is going to be HD ready (hopefully with a tuner) widescreen monitor with 1080i resolution capabilities.
  12. I try to avoid people as much as possible. Only time I deal with people is at the job, at my gaming group, dealing with my roommate and here.
  13. Well, in the medieval times when ever the king needed troops he conscritped them. These were often known as the "Forced Units of the Crowned King." Of ocourse those in charged were linguistically lazy and didn't want to say that to every conscripted soldier so they simply said... "You're f**ked."
  14. Probably, however you can do a pretty good job being Chaotic Neutral. :D Imps EVERYWHERE! However it is a bit much when you have a +32 to Diplomacy.
  15. Its base off a technique in The Game Mechanics Martial Arts Mayhem. If you run d20 Modern, get that book. Its very good. In fact I highly recommend The Game Mechanics for all their material. For a third party they know the game very well and are decent designers and writers.
  16. Dark Messiah's or Jade Empire's?
  17. AGP? r00fles!
  18. What irks me is when a customer can't take no for an answer. I can't sell alcohol products after 2 AM. There is always at least one joker a night that asks if I can sell him beer. I tell him no. Then there are the real **** who keep asking, begging, bribing to sell him beer. I tell them no then I tell them to leave the store. If the person still persists I tell him to leave the store or I will call the police. If he still refuses to leave I call the police and let them handle him or her. Police response time is under 30 seconds due to the station is less than four blocks away and three patrol routes go by my store.
  19. Each time I play Fallout I just have this undeniable urge to destroy Shady Sands. I just do. I can't explain it.
  20. It is still a work in progress, like most campaigns. Due to popular demand, my take on the monk. Its not exactly a monk because its abilities can be focused on using melee weapons instead of unarmed attacks but it gives the player a lot of choices in making an unique character. Martialist.pdf
  21. Agreed. Most mass murderers and serieal killers were very intelligent and cunning.
  22. Iran is still defiant of the UN and the west claiming that the Western nationss are trying to bully them in being a weak power. Iran is so adamant to have nuclear energy that internal rivals have joined together in this. Iran's leadership believes that the only way for it to be considered a first world power is to have nuclear energy, may it be for peaceful means in the form of power plants, or what the Bush Administration believes, for nuclear missiles. Now, many western nations have set up to give Iran aid packages to tempt them and sanctions to punish them from becoming a nuclear power. Iran scoffs at both and remains focused on seeking to become the next nation to have nuclear energy. Given that its rivals, such as the US and Israel, have nuclear power and a nuclear arsenal I think that Iran has the right to be worried. In recent years the US has been very aggressive and seen as an invader. Iran should have the ability to protect itself from any and all aggression, while it is seen as a terrorist state and feared to given weapons and support to terrorist groups. Understandably so that Israel, the US, and its allies would not want to see Iran give a nuclear weapon to these terrorists. Does Iran have the right to protect itself by whatever means and by whatever technologies it has available to it? Does Iran have the right to pursue nuclear power in order to be equal in strength and power to those who threaten its borders? If so, do they have the right to do a pre-emptive strike like the US did with Iraq? Interesting times indeed.
  23. Yep, just a slap on the wrist. In 10 years he might be a free man while his victims are still dead.
  24. Very nice and affordable.
