  1. He is no more political nowadays than Bill Gates. A lot of celebrities push political agendas and not politicians, from Jane Fonda to Sean Penn.
  2. I hope the game works for you. Downloading a game is always risky. There are two things I do not like about the PC version. One, the FMV sequences look like crap. Secondly, no AA for ATI users.
  3. I found KotOR 1 more shallow than Jade Empire.
  4. Well, I just hope they make the HD DVD player they got as an internal drive. That would be major icing on the cake and definitely put it in the same tech level as the PS3. Mind you it will cost a bit more than the current version I think but worth it. The less clutter the better.
  5. Less expensive? $400 USD versus $240 USD? Less than a pain? Hanging the PSU from a wire off the floor versus you install then its done, and then it works.
  6. Its being release in March. At least in Australia if the rumor holds true. EDIT: Ah,. found link. Late 2007. http://www.engadget.com/2007/01/13/new-xbo...to-handle-iptv/
  7. Al Gore isn't a politician any more. He holds no office nor seeking any political office. He is just another business man with celebrity status. That's all.
  8. Why am I not surprised? Then again I will probably end up buying an X Box 360 as well and hook it up to my PC, but Volourn, you should have waited. Microsoft is releasing a newer X Box 360 with a 120gig hard drive and with luck the HD DVD player built in.
  9. If there is one form of role playing that scares the beejeebus out of me that would be LARPing. It makes me want to run away, screaming like a school girl. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!
  10. Just remember, the pointy end goes in first.
  11. DMing is really fun. All the work that I do is that I plan out the series of events prior of the campaign starting, helps if you make up a calender for your world, and have things happen at certain temporal points. Beyond that let the players go dff to do what they want. Hilarity ensues! If they ignore the big bad who has set into motion to destroy the city, or at least do some major damage, and the PCs ignore him and the clues you lay out then so be it. Let the dice land where they lay! Oh, due to some of the suggestions here this is the final version of the Sorcerer. Thanks for your guys' input! Sorcerer.pdf
  12. Oy, such confusion! I don't like jalapenos on my pizza.
  13. It might take a bit longer than that with how Immigration is cracking down.

    Dementia

Who knows, we might have had a cure already if it wasn't the conservative types stone walling stem cell research. When it comes to diseases that effect the neural tissue such as dementia or Alzheimer's the only real cure is the stimulation of growth of new neural tissue which is one of the possibilities of stem ells. But no, the conservative factions who use the Bible to stunt progress in medical science say that it is against the will of God and that it kills people or some other nonsense.
  15. More Jade Empire pics.
  16. That's what you get for using liquid nitrogen.
  17. Okie doie. Must have heard wrong then. Perhaps they fixed the emulation problems.
  18. Frrom what I have heard, Jags, not all that well. Software emulation, don't you know. If you have a PC good enough, that is the better medium to play the game.
  19. I have had this computer for quite a while. Only thing I haven't changed out is the motherboard and CPU.
  20. On a side note, the FMV sequences look downright terrible. Worse than KotOR2's.
  21. The same eMachine that I have been running for months... Just with Vista and 2 gigs of RAM. AMD Sempron 64 3400+ CPU 2 Gigs of DDR RAM Radeon X1900 GT 256 MB Soundblaster XiFi Gamer Windows Vista Home Premium I got graphical glitches while running it straight Vista but I placed it in compatibility mode for XP and haven't had a problem with that so far. As I said in another thread the game reacts a lot faster than it did on the X Box. The uber long loading times now takes mere seconds. One side note is that I had to force AA and such from the ATI tool bar than doing so from JE's config program.
