  1. Happened to me 5 years ago when my PSU was overloaded from SLI
  2. GTA Online is currently overloaded, so I'm playing BF4 beta
  3. Yes it feels more fluid, especially the run and gun makes you feel like you're playing a 3rd person Call of Duty game. The cover system also makes a return
  4. Good news for you PC owners if you like that kind of game http://www.videogamer.com/xbox360/gta5/news/gta_5_coming_to_pc_this_fall_nvidia.html
  5. 11520x2160 gaming is pretty expensive http://blogs.windows.com/windows/b/extremewindows/archive/2013/07/25/pushing-the-12k-pc-gaming-boundary-at-1-5-billion-pixels-per-second.aspx
  6. PC xcom looks better and has more armor selection, but I really like iPad versions' touch controls and portability. Gameplay and missions are identical. As for productivity, 90% of what you can do on a PC (excluding resource heavy tasks) you can do on a tablet. There is an app for everything these days like office suites, and there are blue tooth keyboards if you need something physical to push. That being said, I do not believe in replacing a PC with a tablet yet, but rather the two can compliment each other
  7. In my last build (right after the exploding mobo/psu episode) I had the CPU fan on, but not securily. So I overclocked and ran Intel burn test to test stability, and notice my temps were shooting past 150 degrees C. I was like hmm that's not right and noticed the fan was barely touching the CPU. Thankfully no damage
  8. Welcome
  9. Of course Ellie has an inventory, as none of Joel's weapons carry over, accept maybe the bow
  10. I figure I could keep one and ebay the other. Not sure which yet
  11. So I preordered both consoles...
  12. Happy Bday!
  13. It was epic, I will not spoil anything, it takes story telling in games to higher levels! It's scripted, but levels are big enough to explore in. Stealth and combat is smooth, with different options to tackle enemies with. I also found it funny that the same guy who voiced Booker DeWitt (Bioshock Infinite) voiced Joel in another father/daughter style story
  14. Finished Last of Us, now Xcom Enemy Unknown on my iPhone 5
  15. Your right! The bow really is useful for stealth takedowns, not so much for regular combat though. I'm finally in winter, 82% done
  16. For real? I always miss with the bow, although I haven't got to winter yet
  17. Not bad for $4,000, imagine 3 of them for 4k eyefinity http://www.theverge.com/2013/6/4/4394294/asus-4k-monitor-price-release-date-and-retina-compatibility
  18. 70% finished in Last of Us, and already it's my goty
  19. So I can get an xbone for the same cost as a new iPad, thing is I can resell my old iPad for 75% of what I paid for it, and apply the profit toward buying a new iPad, making it a $125 upgrade. Not sure I can do the same with a busted old 360 at this point
  20. Just preordered a ps4 lol
  21. PS3 does 2x aa in this game. And it's only running in 720p, hence when stretched 60 inches, jaggies tend to show still
  22. I'm like 30% through so far, trying to enjoy this game. And god do I hate those clickers!!
  23. Yeah Last of Us is pretty special, and every battle has an epic feeling to it
  24. The Last of Us; probably the last game I will get for PS3
