KotOR's charecters: Where are they now?
Can't you turn mekel good? I know I've done it 3-5 times. And those are some pretty.......interesting.......theories.

Note to Developers: DON'T FREAKING KILL REVAN!
DIE REVAN DIE! Now back to seriousness. Have to agree with you Kiith. I'm really think that Revan coming back would be...ruining...to TSL. It needs to be out of KOTOR 1's shadow and if Revan comes back.....

You "forgot" to use the force? oh, come on....
The force can be used as a tool to accomplish something, but it isn't a tool itself. A computer can be used as a word processor, but is the computer a word processor? There are infinite examples.

KotOR's charecters: Where are they now?
Isn't carth a little too important and played out to return? And I don't think HK is playable. In fact I have heard in an interview someone specifically say he isn't playable (I think).

Question about Experience
Non-used characters should get partial (1/2-3/4) exp, but should be slightly disadvantaged due to lack of use. The current system simply makes little or no sense.

You "forgot" to use the force? oh, come on....
Ummm...no. The force is something that people can use but that in and of itself doesn't make it a tool.

Question about Experience
Actually, I disliked that system. It didn't follow the rules and discouraged usage of less powerful characters (why level them up? when I need them they will already be that powerful). It also seemed unfair to one's more powerful characters (my person who has seen all the action is the same level as the person I have never put into my party).

You "forgot" to use the force? oh, come on....
The force is core to the jedi, but they are not helpless without. I can find maybe a dozen quotations or events in SW EU books where a jedi under Yslamiri accomplishes incredible things or is considered very dangerous. Jedi are extremely fit and many are combat veterens. The force is or isn't a tool like a lightsaber is a constant debate in the EU.

Sorry about this guys, but Hades has the superior side. He has been given stronger points, so unless he really screwed up soon, he wins. He didn't screw up and thus Hades wins. It really is illogical to have a 0 exp VETEREN (spelling problems in there). But the bigger question is in the grand scheme of things will it really be a game-ruining matter? It seems a relatively small detail to me.

What happened to Bastila?
It's just there have been so many bastilla threads. We'll answer the first 9 serioiusly, but by now...

Star Wars Timeframe
Yah. In some areas it's fine (medicine). In others my point works, but only for 400-1000 years. 4000 years is a little too long for so little change.

How the heck do you end up with the Ebon Hawk?
Ahhh. The world comes back into focus. Well, the hawk has always been like the falcon. I wish we could have a new ship, but if it's revamped like alot of other stuff will be it could be cool. I'm betting the hawk thing is part of a major plot twist.

Star Wars Timeframe
Healing, Ships are lower, other stuff I think, the droids look a little more low tech...ect...

How the heck do you end up with the Ebon Hawk?
How do we know Mr. Lucas is connected to this game? I mean besides approving it.

Alien Characters
Bothans are extremely important in SW, so I was suprised when not one even appeared.

Genre
When's the last time a good anime rpg came out?

How the heck do you end up with the Ebon Hawk?
You have a connection to the ship because of Revan? You are drawn to it because of that?
-
Ranged weapons more powerful - why?
Yah. I think that the new trilogy seems to be for a different audience and generation than the original trilogy.

How the heck do you end up with the Ebon Hawk?
The force?

Is Mira Ugly?
Yah, but not that many here seem interested in speculating. I come up with what I think of as a decent idea (in the forum about you losing the force) and I get bashed for no reason. Things are irrational here. That's probably the main problem. People don't explain but bash and get angry really easily.

You "forgot" to use the force? oh, come on....
Whoa, what did I do here? I am an RPGer and GM 2 different RPGs. ALso, I am a PC player. You don't get angry at the post that I indirectly insult you in, but you start blaming me for problematic games when I am polite to you? Just extrapolate your claims for me.

force powers
Sounds cool. Haha Unknown regions. SOunds really fun. Even in the New Republic Era they aren't explored. Also, we might meet Vong like Canderous (firstly, sorry I didn't mean to disrespect the Yuhzahan Vong and I know Ender hates them so never mind).

You "forgot" to use the force? oh, come on....
Do you really think that they'll spend that long with you as a non force user? How long did it take you to get to level 3? Besides a scoundrel until level 5 ish was around as weak as a force-less consular. If they start you at higher level, you'd still probaby have to level yourself up from lvl to whatever level you are at.
-
force powers
Well what is going on that we would interact with at that time? I'd go a couple years pre-KOTOR myself.
-
You "forgot" to use the force? oh, come on....
Two whole levels!!!!!!!!! Oh my god!!!!!!!!! I'm going to have to put up with 5 minutes of being around as weak as a scoundrel from KOTOR 1. What am I ever going to do? I mean those 2 levels of a carefully planned game are going to be so hard that I won't be able to beat every single person without losing a health point! Jedi are reliant on their sabers. That's it. Heal was useful, but not neccessary. I'm in the process of trying to beat the game without using the force.
