any way to exit pit to get to white march exp?
... ... ... Ah, screw that, have a ladder out. Who cares about story in RPG's anyway right? Let's just take a massive dump over all that. CAUSE IT'S SO HARD TO USE THE PRE-PIT SAVE FROM LIKE 1 HOUR BEFORE ISN'T IT?

Camera centered on character?
Hassat Hunter replied to Dreamtide's topic in Pillars of Eternity: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)Wasn't it added to 2.0? I seem to recall people mentioning that. Or it was Divinity: Original Sin and E:E?... (definitely saw a pick about it with 'It's added!')

I think Mercenary Brawlers need to be looked at.
You're *not* supposed to go there right away. Definitely not stated in the dialogue. I went there max. level from just before the "point of no return" with the auto-save and she flat out said I should probably look into it soon or it could mean problems for Caed Noa. So obviously I went there straight away first rather than the Marches itself.

What's the deal with the "Drunken Orlan"? <SPOILER>
The chest is right besides him. Sadly I had to fight him along with others. Overall there are some really really strong opponents in the camp.

Where do you activate the new Level Scaling feature for White March?
Hassat Hunter replied to Cimmerian999's topic in Pillars of Eternity: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)Haven't seen it happen for the merc camp (which is hard, you know). White March areas only?

Some basic functionality questions - 2.0/XP Pack
So... just started on the XP-pack. Aside from not remembering what I was doing at all and getting murdered horribly, there were also... annoyances. Can anyone help me disable these since I can't find out how now... 1) There's those small circles icons above all characters upon doing actions. While the ... might be helpful I rather want them gone. I thought these were among the "expert options" but I have expert mode on and so all are unchecked. How can I do away with these annoying factors? 2) Wasn't there a way to set markers on the map. Found a chest with too high lockpick, want to mark it, can't? Something obvious I forget or...? 3) Lastly, it seems NPC's no longer attack the enemy who attacks them. Yes, in the original game casting spells and such also sometimes left characters "dormant" but I can't recall them just standing there while being hacked to bits. Wasn't this an option before? Where did it go? Do I need to go full teammate AI just to have this back? Cause I definitely don't recall my characters just killing sometime and then just standing around there as they constantly do now. 4. Not exactly a bug/oversight but dang it already show properly what levels of spells for druid/priest etc are per rest or per encounter. Help please. I really want to get back in the fray and experience the expansion, but these things really bother me at the moment playing.

Massive Lag While In Hyperspace Aboard the Ebon Hawk
Nothing distinctively looking different from the old texture? I'm planning to include it in TSLRCM 1.8.4 but since I don't have a videocard that can't handle "non-standard" sized textures I didn't know if it would have any effect. Now I do

White March
Seriously, some people. Guess no surprise it went downhill with RPG's with clientele like this...

DLC or expansions isn't a seperate entry in your library? Or do you mean if you click "Pillars of Eternity" then it doesn't say the expansion is there at the topmost entry of "DLC" (under achievements)?

White March
"Please **** over your entire story cause I can't load the savegame made exactly for this" WTF people?

This is a great game, but ....

This is a great game, but ....
Can't say I ever disagreed with a OP this much on this forum so far... Seriously, this guy was a troll, right, RIGHT? Please tell me this wasn't someone serious.

Will Silver or higher backers need to pay for second part of The White March?
Disk was way lower than the expansion "added" level. Of course you could have done like me and added the expansion as add-on. So an easy answer to "disk is or is not expansion" cannot be given since it depends on each individual case.

Pillars of Eternity Multiplayer in the works?
The difference is people who say that have no clue and people who don't say stuff like that might know what they're talking about.

White March
It's a BG1 style expansion, not a BG2 style.

Any news on what White March Pt2 is about?
Seriously, the first part was released like an hour ago...

White March pricing/availability
Sure as hell been quiet on it... has there been any word on it... heck, Kickstarter hasn't received a SINGLE newspost about the expansion coming up... last update was 2.10 on the other Kickstarter. What the heck OE?

How do I buy White March Pt. 1+2 on Steam?
Hassat Hunter replied to LaSpeakeasi's topic in Pillars of Eternity: General Discussion (NO SPOILERS)No, there's not. It's on the DLC's own page... the main PoE store page has it (oddly) lacking.

Update 2.00 is Live on Steam
You might want to poke your Kickstarter backers... nothing has been released since 1 july, and the DLC release came totally out of the blue sky for me as result. The only reason I came here was because the game auto-patched and no news entry attached... GOG-gamers wont have that warning either.

STEAM!
Heh, wasn't even aware of PoE's X-pack already being released when Steam suddenly mentioned it to me. Shame I probably wont get to it today.

Divinity: Original Sin 2, coming to Kickstarter on August 26th
Of course the Steam machines have not been released either, so there's seriously nothing different about making it Linux OS now or then from that perspective. Also Larian isn't the only with flawed inplentations around this. GOG initially didn't want to host D:OS till they got Galaxy ready... much much later. They eventually backed down on that though, fortunately, since Galaxy got further delayed too. If only everything ran perfect all the time.
