Apparently I was a stubborn, annoying 12 hour labour from hell. Last I checked, I still got it (the stubborness that is)

The funny thing is, is that this situation is not new. It's been happening for years. You had no problem supporting it a year ago though. And now you ostracize those that stuck to their guns like you did a year a go. Tsk tsk. I think I'll hold on to this quote for safe keeping.

Given the interviews and discussions I've made, it sounds like they learned their mistake with regards to multiplayer in Civ 3. Still, I have high hopes. I like the pseudo Play-by-Email design, where if everyone is online, it plays like a standard MP game, but once someone has to leave, it can still be played via email.

I actually don't mind the Sims, as a product anyways. I don't particularly care for the game, but it is a good idea, and implemented in a fun way. It's a good "gateway" PC game :D I look forward to Will Wright's Spore however.

You're right. It is disputable by those who know sports.

Buying and crushing small companies (i.e. Bullfrog, Origin, Maxis). They distribute The Sims.

On the plus side, there's other new ideas that just haven't been thought up yet. When Fallout came out it was new and shnazzy. Nothing stopping the future from holding other such things.

Sometimes adding qualifiers is good. Eldar the Wise! It works, because Eldar is very similar to Elder, and don't we all want to be wise when we're elder??

I have no idea how much a SWAT member makes. SWAT members are usually ex-Military though anyways. I don't think you'd need to hire SWAT members, but just train soldiers that are already good candidates for SWAT teams as it is.

I'm pretty sure the Flurry animation was unchanged, but whatever. I preferred the KOTOR 2 storyline, even in its unfinished state. The big beef I had with the KOTOR storyline was that I had already played it when I played Neverwinter Nights. But people remember the twist and likely remember going "OMFGz0rs@!~!!!111eleventy-one" so that's probably why it does so well.
