  1. Tomb Raider: Underworld
  2. I think sneaking increases the chance of a critical hit - but my character was not very stealthy and thus I cannot say that I am sure about that. Oh well, sounds like I'll need to take another run through the game....
  3. Really? I was, before I uninstalled the game, using "sniper-type" weapons exclusively and had 100 in small guns -plus bloody mess and a few other perks- and did not get very many critical hits without using VATS.
  4. Even people with three GTX 280s are having problems, the game is simply a bad port.
  5. If I understand correctly, the site only needs to be infected for the exploit to work - you need only use an unpatched version of IE 7 or older. Anyways, there's a patch out according to the BBC.
  6. 10th Man Down (live) - Nightwish
  7. Assassin's Creed - so far it's been worth the ten dollars I spent on it, although the controls seems to have been badly ported from what I've seen so far.
  8. Dante's Inferno could be interesting, although it's most likely going to come with EA's DRM scam.
  9. I'm playing some Left 4 Dead and Fallout 2 - although I think that I'll switch to Tactics later tonight (maybe even start a LAN game).
  10. Not fiction and fantasy, that's for sure. Yes, unfortunately I did waste my time with that "film." If I were to try to do that I might as well respond to the entire film, so much of it is pure conjecture or complete and utter fabrication. Some parts of history are debated, but the J.F.K. assassination is not one of those items - at least not among creditable historians. "Major news agencies," and why do you assume I get most of my news from CNN, NBC, CBS, etc., what about things such as NPR - is that run by one of the "corporations" or are you trying to inflate your case? Ok, you just made a claim that you now need to support if you want others to believe it. If you cannot provide evidence other than a few Internet videos, I would not expect anyone to take you very seriously. Then why cannot you produce any of it? If there is so much, quote, "thoroughly documented" evidence then why cannot you come up with it? I guess you ignored this part: "There is no way to confirm Hunt's allegations -- all but one of the co-conspirators he named are long gone." Either that or they simply do not think that those who put forth conpriseis have proven their case(s).
  11. And, in my opinion, it is nothing more than yet another amachure "documentary" -and I use that term in the loosest possible way- that tries to dis-prove history. If there was any reasonable explanation of a conspiracy it would be front-page news throughout the world - or do you claim that everyone at every news agency is involved in the alleged "cover-up?"
  12. It is Rise of the Argonauts.
  13. Sure, both things are ineffective and idiotic.
  14. I just got the G.E.C.K. - I think I'll play around with it tonight and see what kind of **** I can break make.
  15. I think that I'll re-install the game now...
  16. Yeah, "abandonware" for DOSBox is plentiful.
  17. Fallout 2 - classic post-apocalyptic goodness bundled up in a barrel of fun.
  18. No, only the forms of DRM that I refuse to support make games unplayable - and then it's mainly because I do not buy, and thus do not play, the games. Well, I guess we've heard from different groups - I know plenty of people who do not like DRM and would not pirate something.
  19. The other thread disappeared?! Interesting... Anyways, DRM is still vile and annoying.
  20. Not that I know of... Again, not that I'm awhere of.
  21. UnknownRegions, I know you will most likely not read this -according to one of your comments you believe you are the only Christian here and thus are not going to post anything outside of profiles- but I figured that I might as well make a topic so that I can respond to your points without bits of our conversation disappearing - and, yes, before you go off on me, I know I un-approved your comments on my profile; however, you were given plenty of warnings that something like that was going to happen while you stated to delete important bits of our argument without any notice. The entire bit where you tried to use Pascal's Wager is missing, as is several of your other less-noble moments. But let's not talk about the past, for this topic is for the future! I will start off by saying that the link you posted that was supposed to "prove" that homosexuals were unfair getting tax breaks does not support your case, in fact it works against you. The article clearly states, and I quote, "Gay and lesbian couples will be able to get the same tax breaks as married couples from December, if they formalise their relationship through a civil partnership [...] these benefits will not be extended to heterosexual unmarried couples, or, for example, spinsters who have lived together for many years as companions." There you go - the story says that there are no special tax-breaks. Your turn to move... EDIT: If this is against the forum rules please remove it - my intention is to have an actual conversation with the other member, not troll or flame him.
  22. So? According to their Church they are committing a sin - they have decided to use their own brains instead of being sheep. EDIT: That is not to say I have a problem with Catholics, I do not, but I will admit that I am not a fan of their religion.
  23. I did not know Cardinals and Archbishops were just "some priests" - aren't they quite a bit more powerful and influenchal? Yes, I looked it up and they are definitely high-to-semi-high ranking.
