Spoilers If you do not kill them, Kreia will take care of them when you have to meet them back at Dantoonie. They turn on you and she comes to your aid. If you kill some but not all, the remainder that are alive will return to Dantoonie where you will fight them. Kreia doesn't aid you but she will have a surprise for you.
