Game crashes to the desktop when I enter into a new area. According to the crash report that is in the Bloodlines directory it has the (number)mp3 listed as the fault. According to Planetvampire usually when that happened you need to copy over your Sound directory over again. Bad install I guess.

I found the game and it's expansion pack in the bargain bin, worth getting?

If it wasn't for the problems I am experiancing with it right now, it would have knocked the Fallout games off my number one spot on my favorite game list. I have really had not encountered game killing problems until I did this reinstall.
