What bothers me is that when Chris Rock does it(speaking of "the white man") he's called a comedic genious. I realize it's not the same thing, that this outburst wasn't part of the show. But I would like to know what the African-American was heckling for, what he was saying to Richards that triggered the outburst before I make an opinion of the man. Perhaps he was called a F***ing Jew? Who knows. <_<

It doesn't matter what's under that hood, if the games don't take advantage of the possibilities it offers it's all wasted. If PS3 games are innovating, original, clever and, most of all, fun, then maybe they'll get my hard-earned money. As of now, the only game that I would, maybe, get a PS3 for is Oblivion and I won't pay 600$+ for better FPS over my low-end PC. Right now I see Wii games taking full advantage of those possibilities(for better or worse) and since Nintendo had the good sense to provide a decent amount of consoles for the consumers, I feel they deserve more of my money than Sony does.

I wish my NWN2 looked this good.

In the first world wars, troops had so much support that the people of their country of origin were starving in a major depression because all the ressources were diverted for the military to support the war and the troops. No matter how we look at it, the war on terrorism is a world war. There are terrorists everywhere, in every country. It is my feeling and belief that in order to wage an effective war against terrorism, the fight needs to be taken everywhere at the same time, not just in Irak or Iran or Saudi Arabia. If Afghanistan is "cleansed", the Evils will simply either move to a neighboring country(which they already do) or others will take their place or both. Unless this war is happening everywhere at the same time, it is pointless, like trying to catch every rain drop of a storm with one single bucket. Soldiers have my full moral support. I wish I could do more so this conflict would stop and they be brought home. But unless we do like our grandparents and give them EVERYTHING, which we, as a "Civilised" Western World are unwilling to do, I have a feeling this is completely futile.

Sports commentators, especially when debating on TV with other sports commentators. It's like someone being exchanged for someone else for some sports could mean the end of the world and talking about it has some importance in preventing said end of world. Sports is nothing more than entertaiment. Get over yourselves for frak's sake!

Well, I can run it! systemrequirementslabs.com says only my CPU is below minimum reqs so I borrowed a copy, installed and patched it and it runs. Slowly. I have the character shadows on medium and in the advenced tab all the windows in which you have 3 otions including "Point" are set to the middle option. Everything else is at minimum with resolution at 800x600. So I'll lower some settings and see what happens...
