I dunno about WoW but in Star Wars there is. It tells you what they are casting and has a bar so you can see the progress. LOTRO has a similar mechanic too except it just shows that they are casting but not exactly what they are casting. It's color coded too so green indicates a heal and red a damaging ability. PS in Shadowrun there is a saying about always geeking (killling) the mage first. I'd guess there may be something similar in the Pillars universe.

Maybe they ended up going with Werewolf first when Obsidian didn't have a team ready to work on Vampires. From Paradox's point of view it might not make sense to give the first go at Vampires to anyone else other than Obsidian, especially now that both Boyarsky&Cain are working there. It's a lot easier to market it to the fans of the series if you can add "From the creators of Vampires - Bloodlines comes..." into the marketing campaign. You give your flagship title of the IP to some random developer and game fails and you will have a difficult road with that IP after that. This is what I'm hoping for I wish they could bring back Mitsoda for it too but I don't think I'd get that lucky

So my laptop may finally be done for good. A wire from a dewdrop Christmas light somehow got into the small space between the charger and the wall and made contact with the prongs. The charger is definitely fried but I'm not sure how well the laptop made it out of the whole ordeal since it doesn't hold a charge.

HK is my favorite in the series, so I do recommend to play it and the bonus campaign ("Shadows of Hong Kong", aka Epilogue). Some characters from DF appear there.Is there any way to force the matrix portions to be turn-based all the time? With the mini-game the lock can be forced but I'm really hating the stealth portions and I don't see anyway to slow them down. Alt+~ then deathray to kill all IC. I did all the matrix stuff my first couple of playthroughs but after that I just wanted to get through it.
