I agree with you on this subject. The main argument I have seen people make against K2's not-obviously-good-or-bad characters is that it doesn't adhere to the Star Wars tradition of having a simple good vs. evil plotline. IMO that just reduces the complexity of the story because everything is "cardboard cut out". Every product with 'Star Wars' on it doesn't have to be an exact reflection of episode 4,5,6.

well, we were only talking specifically about lightsaber duels because foxdez said this: but the topic says vader or malak: who would win? so that includes any resource they have to battle with. I think vader would throw a bag of pixie dust onto malak until malak involuntarily begins to be lifted off the ground. Then vader would go in for the kill with his lightsaber, but then realise that malak can control his flight, so malak chops up vader and the end.

but Kreia is arguably not grey at all. she poses as grey to decieve everybody, but she actually is just driven by emotion, anger to kill the force. after all, she is the master of betrayal or whatever. throughout the game she manipulates others like how she makes atton look after the exile, and she revives hanhaar to kill mira... sick lady if you ask me... not only sick in the mind but also downright nasty physically. her ugliness alone earns her +65 DS points automatically.
