I read somehwere on one of these guides that you have to set Revan to be DS Male to get Bastila Holocron on Koriban, but correct me if im wrong, as i have only set Revan to LS.

Yea, its their project afterall. Plus I think after they have some beta testers play with it for a while, they could judge whether to have alien gibberish or human VOs

Also, yea you learn that from Canderous, as he sees this ship vanish while he was in an asteroid field. You dont see them, you only hear about them from Canderous.

not nescessarily, I mean Mandalore is only a title like "General" or something, so anyone could be Mandalore, it just wouldnt be Canderous. Hi All, Im just curious as to whether there is a mod out there that restores some missing content in Kotor 1 in a similar fassion to the TSL restoration project. I only ask because I am suprised that Canderous and Juhani dont have any dialogues with each other, and considering that Juhani hates the mandalorians, Im surprised there isnt any tensions or conflict. I remember reading somewhere (dont ask where, it was a while ago, tho I think It was in a topic in the Kotor 1 forum about missing content) that it was intended to have a conflict, and that Revan would have to choose between canderous or juhani. I am only asking of restoring cut content that the devs left in the game folders ala Obsidien, not making stuff up. Cheers.

I know English is better, but if u have the Tweelik Language, then you can just copy that from the generic files, ensuring that the voice acting for Kaah isnt "Cheesy" or "Unproffesional". I dont mean to offend or critiscise about that, but thats just my opinion on how to make this mod feel professional.

Same here. Although I did notice that when I finished Nar Shadda (including GoTo's Yatch), the game seemed to go faster and I finished earlier than expected. I would have to say that Kotor 1 took me alot longer to finish, and I did take my time, listening to everything etc. I would say Kotor 1 took me 2-3 weeks (Casual sessions before you go ) and Kotor 2 took me 1-2 weeks.

Same goes to BioWare, Tsk Tsk for the limmited choice in colour: Orange, Blue, Brown or Black! At least Obsidian had noticeable differences between Padawan and Jedi Master Robes! On another topic, is the voice acting for that young Jedi in the temple "cheesy" at all, or is there alot of static in the background?. Just curious as to whether you made the quality of the voice as good as those already in the game. Good Luck to u guys, your hard work will soon pay off

Ive never played female so I have never had desciple in my party, but shouldnt these polls be about practicality rather than "this chars a dork, I hate him" My vote goes for Bao, because of afore mentioned robe problems. Disciple seems to me like a perfect party member for those Jedi Guardian and Sentinals who lack in attacking/supporting force powers. Now I know Kriea is a "grey" char, hence can use both LS and DS powers, but with enough charisma bumping gear on disciple (There are plenty), he should be very useful, unlike Bao.

Booo! Hissss. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Nothing wrong with Kotor 1, Infact I thought it was better than Kotor 2 when I started playing the latter, but then when you play through Peragus... Anywhos, a good way to kill bendak is to use those freezing grenades than lock him in place, then throw some deadly grenades. Remember to keep moving if you keep your distance, as he loves his grenades

LOL, Next people will go on about hair styles and makeup Now I know this seems to be an early time to ask such an unanswerable question, but does anyone have any idea on how much more time this project will add to gameplay length? I only ask as the answer would reflect the true amount of cutting that OE did to this game, and I dont mind a "dont know" answer :cool: .

The 4th Option seems best to me, ala "Live and Let Live", let the Republic and Jedi do what they want without fear of Evil. Afterall, why should the Jedi Impose their overly arrogant behaviour on the Republic/Galaxy?

I am a true lightsider, avoiding all unnescessary DS points. Only got DS points to get something worthwhile, like getting a huge discount on HK 47 (I was poor at the time )

I suppose there are always new people joining in who want to express their views on this subject matter, even if it was already done to death last year. Dont forget, there are more and more new people joining these forums, hell Im sure there is someone who has just joined today. I wish there was the option for "Darth Other", so I could have put down Darth Tyranus (Count Duku), but for here I put Darth Nihilus, as he is so different to the others, , and I just liked the concept that Obsidian did with him. It was original as far as im aware, and for that i give OE an applause.

I hardly used Mira when I played through, but She sure is the closest thing to a realist (Plus can wear the slave outfit :D ) I prefer Visas in combat, but since this is about looks, I go with Mira. Now if we could combine Visas voice with Miras looks... She would be half way towards Bastilla

On a Comical note, I think Revan has built a beach hut on the Unknown World (The Planet from Kotor 1) and is waiting for Bastilla/Carth to come back. On a Serious Note, I hope Revan is Alive, and is an NPC who you meet briefly in the final 3/4 of the game on an Unknown World (perhaps the True Sith Homeworld?) and sacrifices himself for either: 1) To save your life directly from a powerful boss enemy (True Sith Dark Lord?) OR 2) For a greater purpose (Like flying the Ebon Hawk into a star to cause it to explode to consume an alien fleet akin to the gigantic, weird vesel Canderous mentions in KOTOR 1) As for the Exile, well I have no opinion for what should be done with him, as his ending is too vague in KOTOR 2, but the PC should definately be a new character, and his companions hould be new (a cameo of HK, Bastilla and Jolee would be sweet).

I was just wondering, do u have to kill Vrook if you are darkside? I mean can u let the mercs who have him prisoner kill him for you or are they that incompetent ? I have yet to play this game as DS so I dont know what happens when u meet Vrook as DS. Cheers
