Fallout 3. I decided to use Charon as my tag along because I heard people saying how good he is in combat. And he is good it just made me nervous when he had the Fatman equip on him. And my fears were justified later when he decided to use it in close quarters blowing us all up. Gotta love that AI in games. I took that away from him and left it back at my pad.

LOL, I completely missed that encounter first play through. Second playthrough I walk through the alley and end up flying head first into the building across the street. I ended up talking the terrified wastelander into trying to talk some sense into the guy. It didn't go so well. I missed him the first time I played the game, I couldn't find him. I did try to run through the alley to see if I could beat the explosions and failed every time.

Still kicking ass in the wasteland in Fallout 2 and Fallout 3.

Terminator Salvation. Pretty decent, better than the last one. Seems strange not having Arnold in a Terminator movie. But he's too old to be an action hero.

Yep. Blizzard with Diablo and Guild Wars don't seem to have a problem.

I love Fallout 2's humor, sadly missing in Fallout 3. Now that Obsidian is doing Vegas, perhaps they can bring that humor back.

I think a huge part of that has to be because video games are still considered a kid's hobby. Even though the average age of gamers is now around the mid-late 30's, for some reason developers and publishers are still pushing out game content that is more suitable for an adolescent than for someone who is 38. M rated games FTW.

I don't pay to play. Spending $50 on a game is bad enough but getting ripped off on monthly fees to play it online, they can keep it. I'll stick with the freebies like Guild Wars.

I agree some o the weapons are weak. The mini guns were pathetic. They were nothing like the previous Fallouts versions. Shooting someone at point blank range should tear them to shreds. F3's mini gun bullets would only hit the target 1/4 of the time, the rest of the bullets just scattered off.

I can't find the video you're talking about. I haven't found the video on YouTube. The only time I've seen it was on MTV and a DVD I have.

Same here. Bush could have came out looking like a hero after 9/11 by staying focused on Bin Laden and his ilk, rebuilding New York and establishing diplomatic ties with the Middle East. But that all ended when he lied to the public about WMD in Iraq and decided to invade that country. The man went from hero to zero with that move.

Diablo 3 on this computer and Fallout 3 on my other. Fallout 3 looks great being played on my 42" HDTV at 1080.

I'll wait for these expansions to come out on a disk.

Watched W which I bought on DVD. Decent movie, portrayed Bush pretty accurately as the bumbling fool that he was, who surrounded himself with corrupted people.

Have level 40-50 as the maximum or just dumb down the EXPs you get for quests and kills. I hated maxing out in Fallout 3 and not even be half way through the game yet. Get some bloody good voice talent, people who can at least alter their voices to sound like someone else. The generic voices of Fallout 3 was tiring and better to be left unvoiced if I'm going to hear the same person a lot of the time.
