To be honest, this is nothing compared to Dante's Inferno and it's slaughtering of babies. There's even an achievement for it.

If you get Bioshock just ignore whatever's left of the hype thread. The game's great in terms of art direction, writing, music, voice acting and graphics... but unless you really try to find different ways to deal with enemies all the time (different plasmids, combinations of plasmids/weapons and environment), the gameplay is a bit dull. Playing through SupCom, decided to skip the campaign and go to skirmishes. -Normal AI does nothing at all. -Challenge AI doesn't attack, doesn't use aerial units. -Any other AI kicks my ass. TBH if this game had a way to limit tech levels it'd be great, but at the moment I can't get mods to run.

Get a good droid killing blaster or rifle and it becomes a lot less frustrating. Heck, I kept getting 130 damage shots, it was awesome. Now if only the enemies weren't so ridiculously long to kill...

I preferred everything in KotOR 2 over 1. More feats and force powers, more ways to approach situations, much better choices an consequences, better writing, better characters (HK factory is just an awesome moment), etc... Also KotOR 1 is surprisingly a terrible PC port and has crashed three times as much as KotOR 2 so far, and I'm not even halfway through the game. The problem is KotOR 2 is only really great if you have the restored content, which I tried and it frankly adds a lot to the ending. And no rak'ghouls. /facepalmDo you have an ASUS card? They didn't make the game compatible with it's drivers or something and that caused crashes. EVGA GTX260. In any case, if it wasn't for the crashes, the UI still sucks compared to K2's. Also it doesn't support widescreen at all since the UI doesn't scale and overall it just feels like a bad Xbox port while K2 feels like a bad PC port on the Xbox.

What do you think so far, Mus? Same deal with Lost Odyssey. I've played only till Grand Staff but it's slow going, for sure. The premise is great - an immortal guy who struggles to remember memories since he's seen so much. But then it just goes downhill from there, and then the goddamn kids show up...

Try shooting someone with a sniper and not getting a headshot. I think it depends on the sniper, but they usually don't drop on the first hit.
