I loved Diablo II. One of my favorites.

Someone's been listening to Kreia too much. You lose!!! -
Sesquipedalians are fun, aren't they?

Call me crazy, but I believe DL is who she says she is.

I thought E.T. was the worst game ever made?

this one. <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Hmm...I'd pick Bastila for similar reasons you picked Carth. She has no family (except maybe her mother), has been burdened with immense responsibility since her youth. Her experiences in K1 radically changed her character and led her to question the very ideals she adhered to. In the end, she finally chose to accept her emotions and her love for Revan. Come K2, the one man she loved is gone and yet she still waits for him.

That reminds me...I watched "Throne of Blood" recently. A very cool movie and a great adaptation of Shakespeare's Macbeth. For those of you have never seen it, it's set in the world of feudal Japan.

DS ending ends with the Jedi pretty much wiped out. The games would have to find some way to make the Jedi come back strong. It'd be long, difficult and pointless to try and write around it. And as I've said before, it's part of the SW storyline, so they have to stick with something that doesn't contradict it.

You are very welcome, Ms. Launch. *bows* :D

Warcraft III. The undead shall rule Azeroth soon.

Sure, there will. Palestine's gotta run out of kids to strap explosives to and send jogging towards the border eventually. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> But it's not really funny because it's partly true.

I am sure Kafty liked it very much! ) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well we won't know until she/he/it sees it! I don't really expect her to be active until the weekend, though.

Well, my DL report seems to be fairly well recieved so far. I just hope the one it was intended for likes it. Mmm...cookies. Oh, nice report, Eldar. Maybe I should try doing another one...

It's Rakata, not Rakuta. And for crying out loud, the ship is called The Ravager. Who doesn't pay attention? "

The subject of this T.O.M.B.S. report is Darth Launch (a.ka. Lady of Cookies, a.k.a. Queen of Giant Sigs) ____ Standardized Attributes ranging from 0 (not applicable to subject) to 5 (subject exemplifies attribute): Intelligence: 4 - Did you know she's an Uni student with a love of Psychology? Plus, she likes to read! Didactic (Good): 3 - She can sometimes be rather informative. Where else will we be able to learn so much about the Hoff? :D Didactic (Bad): 1 Annoyance: 0 - Can't picture her getting on someone's nerves. Her occasional fangirl outburst can scare, but rarely annoy. Chutzpah: 3 - Yeah, she's bold. The spork fights with her. Wits: 3 Charisma: 5 - Dangerously high. No wonder she's got hoards of net monkeys following her. Gee wiz. Will: 2-5 - Sometimes can be rather timid, other times can be a friggin animal! Depends on what mood she's in. Eloquence: 4 Kindness: 5 - Yup, one of the nicest posters on these forums. ____ Assessment of reviewer’s bias ranging from -5 (the reviewer has active and genuine antipathy for the subject) to 5 (the reviewer has great respect for the subject): 4 (yup, the reviewer is biased.) ____ Background ranging from 1 (low) to 5 (high): Fame: 5 - Known (and followed) by nearly all, except the newest of newbies. Respect: 5 - Respect the Launch Inside Access: 4 Approachability: 4 - You can talk to her about almost anything: food, dissertations, Radiohead, whatever. Just be sure that you've achieved "forum monkey" status before becoming to bold. ____ Personalized Epithets, limited to three for each subject: Art lover - DL loves art, what can I say? A frequent poster in the fanart forum and owner of her own art thread. Her first post was even in an art thread. And she may deny it, but she's pretty good at art herself. The reviewer wouldn't mind seeing more art from her in the future. She also loves anime. Though the reviewer wishes she had more respect for DBZ , he's okay with her taste in anime. Rabid fangirl - Stand back! A picture of the Hoff, Carth, or "Still" by Foo Fighters may get her fired up. Do. not. dis. the. Hoff. As her Obsidian card showed, she is head fangirl around here, and proved it in Darkside's "Welcome Fangirls" thread. Though her rabid behavior has calmed down a bit recently (we have not heard a fangirl squeal for some time), she still may get stirred up occasionally. Geez, I can't think of a third one. How about this - Chameleon. Though known and feared by many, she may still feel the need to defend herself. Whenever in danger, or to scare off n00bs, she may take the form of a 25 year old Swedish man with a goatee. Beware. ____ Reviewer’s notes: Well, what can I say? DL is really one of the nicest people on these forums. Some may think of this as hormonal male teenage bias, but the reviewer honestly has great respect for her. She's intelligent (or is good at making it seem that way), and has a good sense of humor. Heck, she laughed at pixies' Supermarket thread while Gabs complained about it. She doesn't flame, but can open up a can of spam once in a while. (she may have learned the technique from Baley, who could possibly still be locked up in her cupboard) DL also likes to balance things out. For example, she's a forum member, but also likes to read. From what the reviewer gathers, she's also an athlete as well. WOW! The reviewer also learned (whilst in the form of Chupacabra) that she may have tried snake's blood! What a brave gal. In conclusion, DL is one of the most likeable members of this forum. She has few things going against her. She does share a birthday with another (in)famous board member, but hey, she can't help that. The reviewer is definitely glad to have met her. Fear the spork! The reviewer is a little worried though. This report was late in the coming, and may not be up to standards and thus invoke the wrath of DL, in which case the reviewer would also have to be locked up in her cupboard. Oh well.

Who's your fave KotOR 1 character?
Dark Moth replied to Styur Voln's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
no Gabs, that's a common misconception which occurs because the volume is not turned up on the game and the font size gets distorted. it is Bastlia for sure... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You're joking, right? Yeah, thought so. -
I was still hoping Pixar would break away. They deserve it. They've been releasing the only real successful cartoons for Disney. If it weren't for them, Disney wouldn't have had a blockbuster movie for years.
