  1. I don't know how one can say that K2 had better boss battle setups than in K1. In K1 they did a good job in making you feel like the Sith were a constant threat. In K2, though, you had nihilus who made no appearances after his first scene until the end, Sion who seemed to have no real use and was a complete wuss in the end, and Kreia whose main motivation was to get revenge (OMG!!! That's so creative!!!) and to kill the force (OMG!!! That's so lame!!!). Also, as for NPC's, in K2 the NPC's were even less balanced then they were in K1. The PC became way too powerful, and you had characters like GO-TO, Atton, Mandalore, and HK-47 who really were pretty useless. And in K2, I had a Consular/Jedi Master build and I still breezed right through the game while only dying twice (once as Atton). Even Kreia wasn't really difficult. At least Malak presented some kind of a challenge.
  2. Don't snap at me, "Prostate Inspector"! Ah, I see now.
  3. I'm a rock person. More specifically, the "classic" rock variety, with artists like Metallica, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, AC/DC, Aerosmith, etc. I'm not as much into the modern rock as I once was. But in all reality, I can listen to practically anything, rock, classical music, etc., except for most rap, death metal, and gay pop/disco.
  4. Psssst. Because he has a very small pee-pee. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> And you know what they say: those who type small have none.
  5. Exactly. In Atton's case, he just talked too much and wouldn't shut up.
  6. The man is brilliant, I tell ya!
  7. I just would like to say that I love your sig, Darque. :D That is all.
  8. Exactly! Why can't we all just get along and hold hands, and sing this song?
  9. If a tree falls in the forest, and it hits a mime, and nobody hears it, does anybody care?
  10. I have a better question! If you wrote your autobiography in invisible ink, would you disappear?
  11. Did anybody hear something? Ha ha! Just kidding. But not really.
  12. That amazes me. Atton whined more than Carth ever did. Especially in the beginning.
  13. Black Sabbath - Iron Man
  14. Speaking of which, I did see an episode of Invader Zim. Weird cartoon, but funny. Grr just kills me. I'd have to say the Simpsons and South Park are among my favorites, even if for the satire alone. :D
  15. You hate Drawn Together? No way! By the way did anyone catch the "new" ren and stimpy - Ren & Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon a while back? That show was warped. The original was good weird stuff before they fired John Kricfalusi. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I watched two episodes of the "adult party cartoon"...and I still regret it to this day. I'm glad the show never got off the ground. The old kids' show was kind of funny, though. As for "Drawn Together", the show would be better if they didn't try to offend people just for the sake of offending people. <_< Oh, Spongebob Squarepants sucks.
  16. Hamlet "A little more than kin and less than kind!" "Something is rotten rotten in the state of Denmark." "Thou com'st in such a questionable shape That I will speak to thee. I'll call thee Hamlet, King, father, royal Dane. O, answer me! Let me not burst in ignorance, but tell Why thy canonized bones, hearsed in death, Have burst their cerements; why the sepulchre Wherein we saw thee quietly inurned, Hath opened his ponderous and marble jaws To cast thee up again. What may this mean That thou, dead corse, again in complete steel, Revisits thus the glimpses of the moon, Making night hideous, and we fools of nature So horridly to shake our disposition With thoughts beyond the reaches of our souls? Say, why is this? wherefore? What should we do?" I think I'm one of the few kids in my school who actually enjoys reading Shakespeare. Brilliant guy, ol' Bill.
  17. Mostly at night, as a true moth should.
  18. Guns 'n' Roses - Welcome to the Jungle
  19. Bye, DL! Good luck. *waves* I may be on a hiatus soon myself, for similar reasons. I do. And damn proud of it! Just FYI, there are better translations out there. The KJV contains translational errors itself, and is written in Elizabethan English, so not everything in it is accurate. (not necessarily referring to that verse) BTW, I've read some of Holy Blood, Holy Grail. (my dad has his own copy) It does appear convincing at first, but upon examination one can tell that it contains numerous historical errors. I wouldn't take it too seriously. For those of you who have read the Da Vinci Code, I'd also recommend "The Da Vinci Hoax" and "Truth and Fiction in the Da Vinci Code"
  20. Part of the reason for Christian violence was the emergence of the corrupt institution of the Roman Catholic Church. Combine that with authority, and you have trouble, even with a religion like Christianity. And I don't mean to offend Catholics, but back then the institution was most certainly corrupt. Of course, you then had crazy fundamentalist groups like the Puritans which didn't make things any easier later on.
  21. I know a lot of idiots, too. Would that be okay for Muhammad to wish him torture, damnation, and his wife to be hanged? You say Muhammad's suffering may have been greater than Jesus'? Jesus suffered the same spiritual anguish, as well as the torture and death Muhammad never had to endure. You know about my attitude toward Muhammad already. My opinions are all based on fact. Muhammad killed. Muhammad murdered. Muhammad defied his own faith. Muhammad may have had sexual relations with a nine year old (whom he may have married when she was six). I dare you to tell me this is false. Here's another example of Muhammad, the great and forgiving man, in action: After the battle of Badr, Uqba bin Abi Mu'ait, one of the Quraysh leaders, pleaded with Muhammad for his life. He pleaded for his life. "But who will look after my children, O Muhammad?" "Hell," responded Muhammad, and ordered Uqba killed. Also, Amr ibn Hisham, (also known as Abu Jahl, a name given to him by Muslims, meaning "father of ignorance), another Quraysh leader, was beheaded. The Muslim who cut off his head proudly carried it to Muhammad and said "I cut off his head and brought it to the apostle, saying, "this is the head of the enemy of God, Abu Jahl.'" Muhammad was delighted, and said "By God than Whom there is no other, is it?", and gave thanks to Allah for his death. This information comes from Ibn Ishaq's "The Life of Muhammad".
  22. This is just too catchy. Oh, here's the original song, by the way. ^_^
  23. "Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword." (Matthew 10:34) It's all about the interpretation... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> In that case, that is of course figurative. Jesus never killed anyone, nor encouraged violence. All his teachings go against physical force. In fact, he forbid his apostles from fighting in order to save him from the Romans. Also, even in that verse, it is not a command to kill, as the Quranic verses listed above. Lastly, those words were true in the sense that the coming of Christ didn't bring peace to the earth. Why? He knew there would be hard times ahead. Christians were persecuted, and the faith caused division amonst people, because many refused to accept it. Hope that makes sense.
