Playing far to much Yakuza for my own good. In the last 6ish months I've finished 0, Kiwami 1, Ishin, and 6, and am working on Kiwami 2 right now.

Going to Spiderman tonight with a friend. Should be good. Roommate should be earning decent money starting next week so hopefully she will be able to start paying rent (Just having her here without rent is great for my mental health). Also another friend is gonna help me figure out how to take better care of my great grandfathers 1900ish foot Artillery sword.

Popping my head back in on the 20th anniversary. Got deep into Gunpla (plastic gundam model kits). Working for a logistics company in the midwest and once again single. There's a whole giant story there.

I think I've done pretty good overall with the interview interally. Sounds like something I'd be good at so here's hoping. Below is the new cat.

I saw the reveal and videos as they were shown at the showcase. The thing is that everything I've seen is that this is going to be, at best, a theme park where you go and build a ship, build an outpost, have a small combat bit, but it's more about wandering aimlessly through the wilderness in hopes of finding something. They are selling this on 1000 planets, and 4 cities. It's gonna be a mediocre shooter. I mean, it says something that standard Bethesda Face hasn't been fixed since Oblivion (that I can recall anyway).

This is two weeks old now, but I got a kitten. Her name is Anastasia and she's about 8 weeks old. Currently my life is filled with trying to keep her and the older boy (Octavian) happy.

My expectations for starfield are rather low. The fact that they have the exact same conversation interface that they came out with 15-20 years ago (complete with the frozen, staring you down face) doesn't make me think that it's going to be a good core experiance until after you've waited a year and a half and have had a small heap of talented non-payed modders put things together. Other news I haven't seen mentioned. Overwatch 2, the release of this game will effectively deactivate OW1 completely meaning you have to swap to OW 2 And that dude who took down a bunch of Destiny 2 content via false DMCA claims has been sued for over 7 million dollars.

Starfall looks exactly like A bethesda RPG, just bigger. Especially with the "I'm going to lock eyes with you, and never look away" conversation. The one I'm really interested in is the Wu Dynasty game where you play a mook in the Three Kingdoms armies with all the extra fantastic mythology stuff.

Working sundays is always interesting. Had a Cop in my companies other lot, just there to catch speeders (He said after having sped past said cop in his black mustang). Other than that my role is being expanded just a touch to include tracking (which is basically "Hey driver, where are you?")

Came into work and had to wait almost two hours before i could actually start because they were doing a computer systems update that took the network down. It's back now, but I'm trapped in my office because they also hired a guy to polish the floors outside my office.

This reminds me of getting a call at my office (I work at a warehouse and am the guy who says "Get your ass to door X" to the truckers who come in) from one of the drivers being loaded who proceeds to go "Uh, you might want to get out here, the guy two doors down from me hit the trailer on one side of him... and there's the other side." The boss sighed and went out to look at it when I informed him.

I've basically made a promise to myself that I won't really play this until the Blood for the Blood God dlc is out, mostly because Khorne seems like the most me faction, and it feels wrong to play Khorne until that dlc is out. I know Kislev's entire schtick is everything has two roles, but it makes me frustrated when I'm trying to fight and my entire army plays like archers because I didn't hit a certain button.
