I think people tend to overlook K2's improvements in subtle areas since K1 was such a pleasant surprise while K2 has no such factor in its appeal. Removing the experience cap is also good.

I think people have tried some of them. At least I've heard about a 'dancer's outfit only' playthrough. If there is a mod for it, I think playing the whole game as the Remote would be fun (or not). Welcome to Obsidian, btw.

Doesn't the conversation with HK get a lot better in K2 if you are darkside? That's one of the reasons I am playing DS right now.

A good photo-op might save Bush from a lot of heat right now. As I understand, he never even visited the worst hit areas. One photo of him on a helicopter over the flooded areas in Time Magazine just might improve his image a lot, provided he do a good job showing concern and grief of course.
