  1. You'd be surprised at how many stares you get walking around the mall like that. Especially when I pulled out my lightsaber.
  2. From what I hear, it was just supposed to wrap up the whole droid's chasing the Exile thing, and probably dig deeper into HK-47's backstory since his time with Revan.
  3. I swooned at Bastila's reactions to my teasing.
  4. This is the Spoiler forum, so technically someone outright telling him who it is isn't out of place. Besides which, I doubt it's much of a spoiler for him, considering his title is "who is the mystery woman?"
  5. No need. It's like telling Forrest Gump not to run. He'll do it anyways. edit: my only complaint is, if he's going to try and be funny, atleast come up with wacky off-the-wall posts that are actually FUNNY. Most of his threads are just downright lame.
  6. Except when Palpatine was tickling him to death with lightning bolts. " And yeah, I got your point as well. I like how those in favor of Mace winning keep screaming "proof please!" when someone says Palps was faking, but yet they disregard or ignore giving their own indisputable proof to back their argument.
  7. 1-Have you played TSL and seen the holorecording. If yes, then: 2-Have you played KOTOR 1? You'd know it wasn't Revan if both of the above criteria are met.
  8. It probably didn't come across as such in the movies, since Luke seemed kinda whiny and not very good at fighting, but I think Yoda's thinking was the Jedi had to be more..."warrior" like....and not so passive, thus they trained Luke to be more warrior than guardian of peace.
  9. I prefer the games Interplay sold after BIS.
  10. He knew the Jedi made an error in their teachings and that their current teachings wouldn't allow them to defeat a Sith Lord (paraphrasing a bit). So he felt it best to retreat for another day so that he could help train a Jedi who is better able to defeat the Sith (Luke Skywalker).
  11. I was referring more to Lucasarts Ltd. But I figured the "joke" worked better if I just called the guy Lucas, since I doubt anyone on this planet is named Lucasarts.
  12. I hope the Restoration Project team doesn't have someone named Lucas in their group. If they do, is he pushy? Does he insist the project be done right now even though it isn't done yet?
  13. I voted Jan 2006 because it was the latest date, and I'd like to think they'll release it in their own time, thus giving them the longest time for my expectations. Hate to see TWO rushed releases of the same game. "
  14. If KOTOR3 is indeed the final game in the KOTOR series, then visiting Coruscant is a MUST. Come on, center of the galaxy? It's a MUST.
  15. Well that's just it. If the planets are re-used, then there better be a WHOLE lot of change in the planets than in the previous game. But chances are that's not going to be the case. I think I read on here somewhere (or in an interview) that one of the reasons they used Dantooine and Korriban again was because they already had the models and it helped in their tight schedule. I just don't want to see a repeat of that in the next game.
  16. None of the two. I don't want rehashes of the previous games. One of the problems I had with TSL was the re-use of Dantooine and Korriban. Korriban was especially boring because there really wasn't much, aside from that "see your past" cave, to see or do. I think you'd run in to the same problem if Tatooine and Kashyykk was re-used.
  17. Most of Atton's best lines only appear if the Exile is female.
  18. You mean like he replaced Anakin's ghost in ROTJ with Hayden Christensen? <_< <{POST_SNAPBACK}> OMG GREEDO SHOT FIRST!!!
  19. He has that look even when he's sitting in the Jedi Council room discussing whether they should order pizza or Chinese.
  20. That was too stupid to believe. <_< <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Blame George Lucas for his "vision".
  21. I kind of wish Lucasarts would allow for a simple expansion pack to be released to end the whole "cliffhanger" thing and wrap up the Revan/Exile thing. Then KOTOR3 would be free to do whatever the developer wanted, without having their hands tied by having to finish off the KOTOR2 storyline.
  22. I think not wanting to be labelled as the next mgnails is enough to get most people motivated and keep them on track. THE CHOSEN ONE MUST CHOOSE!!!!!!!
  23. The only time Sidious was ever "on the ropes" was when he was cowering with Mace standing over him as Anakin was standing there deciding who to side with with both Mace and Sidious trying to convince Anakin to side with them. So take that for whatever it's worth when deciding what you want to believe. Any other time before that, Sidious was either killing three Jedi Masters in a matter of seconds, or going back and forth with Mace in their duel.
  24. Out of curiosity, if you can't play KOTOR2, then why would you care what the story is about? Because if you plan to eventually get a PC that can play it, you've ruined the story for yourself. If you never plan to be able to play KOTOR2, then what's the point in knowing the story to a game you have no intentions to play?
  25. Show more improvement compared to your own skill level? Possibly. Be better than Michael Jordan? Hahahahahahahahahaha
