So for purposes of this discussion, it would not be inaccurate to say that Theo Walcott is the fastest player featuring in this tournament - a tournament not famous for its tight marking. Skeptics such as yourself are too quick to write him off. For zonal marking seems to be ineffectual against Walcott, as he gets in the space between defenders before surging past them.
