I think Lucas intended Mace to win if Anakin had not intervened. This is better from a storytelling perspective. It puts much more weight on Anakin's turn to the Dark Side.

They knew they'd be facing a Sith Lord. As you said, he is not particularly skilled with a lightsaber. The way he handled it looked really awkward to me. Maybe he used some stim packs ahead of time.

That wouldn't just go against KOTOR I, but it would go against everything said about the Sith race in the EU. I'm just not comfortable with that. (I am a conservative fan)

He was good enough with a lightsaber to take out two (or three I forget), Jedi with like two moves... Come to think of it, that was just ridiculous.

When you think about it, the game reflects this too... My Jedi Weaponsmaster (like Mace Windu was) has no problem wiping the floor with Kreia (Sith Lord class). Of course, Kreia is insanely easy so maybe it's not all that significant after all.

In the DS ending Kreia says that she and Exile are both "True Sith", so I'm even more confused...

KOTOR I's theme is redemption. KOTOR II's theme is sacrifice. What should KOTOR III's theme be? I'm thinking love.

I'd like to see more diverse outdoor environments. In KOTOR II, it's just running from one metallic corridor to the next. However, the outdoor areas that were there were fabulous! Loved Telos surface and Dxun!

Does destroying The Force = destruction of life? I don't recall this being answered in game.

Also, I believe in the novelization it's explained that Mace has a special lightsaber technique. It's apparently very hard to learn and he's one of the few, if not the only one to have this ability at the time. Maybe this is why Dooku isn't disfigured, but Sidious is. I'm not totally opposed to DS appearance change, but I think it should be toned down a lot.
