His crimes are a whole nother issue. The book itself will not physically harm anyone. No one is forced to buy, or read it, or even believe what he writes. He is a scumbag murder. And, he should be punished for his crimes (and, apparantly he has since he's in prison). It shouldn't matter if he's a likeable person. The whole point of freedom of expression/speech is for everyone to have the right to say what they want even if *I* don't like it.

No. Unlike the silly KOTOR series, JE's engine is 100% made for x-box. It will not be conformed to PC just because.

No, they were wrong. Period. The only time freedom of speehc should even be *considered* to be null and void is if someone is literally threatening someone with violence or is calling for violence. And, even in those situations, it should only be cosnidered not neccesarily voided unless the threat is real and not manufactured or hot air.

Nah. That's about how long it took me to play BG2 in a month 3 times. But, yeah, comapred to BG2 it's short. It's 20-30 hours (unless you rush through like a bunny rbabit or slow down like a snail). In other words, 20-30 hours if you know how to play computer games. Which is longer than most games to be sure.

I care enough as much as most things dealing with games... I care enough to post about it; but that's it... I'd survive either way. Afterall, I haven't played JE for nearly a year. (like a month or so after it came out I stopped as I played it 3 times like 99.9% of good RPGs and moved on).

JE is a great game. It sure beats either KOTOR. They're about equal in story. JE has better characters, better combat (no contest here), better role-playing (though KOTOR2 has as good a use of dialogue skillz - though JE has more dialogue skills)), better graphics, better music, and better atmosphere. Anyways, I *never* said this proves JE was a finanical success as a standalone article; but it's just more evidence to lea done to believe JE was a success. This along with the number of copies sold, both MS and BIO saying they were happy with its success as a new IP, and the plans for a sequel all help prove this. I have yet to hear anyone prove that it was a financial failure outside of 'it didn't sell 1 million copies so it bombed lolololol'. Afterall, I for one, have no reason to believe that BIO would lie about this. And, they and MS would know the facts.

NWN, and KOTOR sold because of their respective licenses. You seem to forget that both NWN and KOTOR sold over 2 mil copies each. JE is likely still between 600k-1mil copies. HUGE difference. Seems to me that BIO's name isn't nearly as storng as you think it is. Try this: Ask a gamer (that doesn't post here or on some other BIO knowledgable site) th following questions: Who is Blizzard, and what games ahve they made? then ask them: Who is Bioware, and what games have they made? Then it be game over. And now, alot of people anticapite for Dragon Age/Project New Jersey. And what do we know? Besides that the company has a good rep?

Yeah; but you are bias against HIo to begin with and now as a competitor of BIo's you have an even more direct reason to want BIo to flop. It be like me making an article saying 'JE was a financial success'. It be hard for oyhers tot ake my article as fact since I'm obviously biased in JE's favor. The Globe & Mail has no reason to be bias, and I'm sure they did research to come up with the list. Nice try; though.

FF8 is awesome. Anyone who dislikes hold s avery poor opinion. FF2,6,7, and 10 are all also pretty good. Other FFs all need help.
