The fact that they 'fixed' the swarm issue by having the quest giver gift you TEN flask oils tells you all you need to know about that fight. I beat it ebfore the patches so this isn't me 'whining'. But, if you need to use 10 items to beat a quest that is clearly a 'beginning' quest there's an issue there. I finally reached level, have all custom npcs (man that is expensive0 and now on my way to beta up stag lord with 24 days on the limit left.

PE series is alright. But, KM is clearly a superior game. It isn't perfect, though, but it is definitely heck of fun. But, yeah, enjoy both if you can. I finished both PEs but didn't bother with their expansions/additions.

Giants in their 2 yard passes are HILARIOUS. They're so worried about pass % and not worried about being effective. LMAO And, Giants D sure love to have WTF plays to ruin otherwise good playing. That game was WTH with so many things going against them. LMAO

I'vm level and now have 5 created characetrs including my main. It is still way too expensive To me, it is just their way of trying to force the player to use their lame ass npcs much like Bard's Tale and PE does theirs but at least PE's prices are a lot more reasonable. Just a silly way to do things but oh well. Enemy stats do seem a little more reasonable with the latest patches.

L0L They really want you to use their created npcs. they do everything in their power to do so. Cost of hiring at 2nd level = 2500gp and at 3rd level = 4500gp. LMAO On top of that, unless you hire them as soon as you level they are mondo experience lower. Also, they seem to have made certain battles 'too easy'. I completely destroyed treant bear. LMAO That said, it helps when you get a crit of 20+ damager on one hit. Random bandits are more deadly. Still certain fights can still make you work. Really hate corrupted saves. Happens way too often. I just spam save slots now to cover. Overall, though, really good game. One of best DnD games created imo. Up there with NWN, BG series, and Gb games (for their era). I love the half elf lady. Too bad about her stupid boyfriend. he needs to have an accident.

I also watched Murphy Brown: The Return. A show I used to love in its original run. These two shows are why even though I have many of the believes that 'traditional liberals' have that I enjoy making fun of the nu versions. MB is a liberal show. LMS is a conservative show. MB spends it time bashing and dehumanzing conservatives. LMS makes fun of everyone including Tim Allen's character despite him being the lead star and conservative. So dissappointed in Murphy Brown. Funny too. Since Murphy Brown was one tough cookie now she just another cornflake.

I mean, low level bandits and enemies that have the equivelant of STR or DEX 34? that is friggin' dragon super high level characters. ACs and attack bonus of +20? That said, anyone com-plaining about UNFAIR is UNFAIR need to learn how to read. FIX THE DAMN HIRING THE HIRINGS BUG.

I am early - just reached the tradepost - and mechanics wise - it is pretty damn good. I just wish there was amnual. I certainly didn't see one when downloading. The writing could be better but nothing more atrocious than what I saw in some pics people shared. the plot is okay. Nothing special but certainly not worst ever.
