Yeah, best they make up gibberish fantasy names for them like Kakaka (Athkatla, lol). Sometimes, simplicty is best. not that i mind Kakaka. I like that name. "The Warhound is awesome. " he's only good in taking heat off you as his offense sucks (like 10 damegr per hit, lol). He can't even overwhelm anymore. I really am dissaapointed they took away two of the coolest enemy abilities from DA1 though they got some new ones.

Same with 'Kanandian' Inddians. In fact, it could be argued at least in Kanada that are Indians are treated better than non Indians. R00fles!

They had to make a choice - add in more content like quests or throw in more 'non reused' areas. They choose to save time reusing areas and concentrate adding in quests and ****. All deisgners make design decisions like this. This is why both BIO, and Obsidian had to cut out entire planets in KOTOR series. And, why BIO chose to have majority of planets in ME1 be just reskinned mountains while in ME2 you end up with less explorable planets and **** but more different ones. Personally, I'm not a fan of the reused areas, and is one of my biggest complaints. But, all the good stuff in the game more than makes up for it. As for Kirkwall, it's one of my favorite RPG cities ever. Up there with the BGs, Athkatlas, Sigils, New Renos, and Tarants.

While I agree that i wish there was more to this scenario and handled smoother but to make it seem ml;ike DA2 is off on this comapred to other games is a little off as well sicne the way DA2 handles it is basically the norm. Afterall, in BG2, you can mass kill the city mage police force and eventually (after 3 or so attacks) stop caring that you are brekaing their laws. (though in BG2's defense at leats unlike majority of games, it tries to handle it). The templar-mage thing in act 3, I cna't say much since I'm early in act, but the first two acts aren't too bad. That said, there are more than a few scenarios where you cna avoid combat. P.S. Sex in DA2 is a very minor part of it.If youa rgued romance you mgiht have a point - then again, in the grand scheme of things - romance is still a small % of the game. But, the sex part is like 10 sec per romance option max so not exactly tkaing up a lot of time. Plus, another couple of 'sex scenes' as well. Consideirng the game is about as long as DA1 9for me) - I'm at 50+ hours already - it is minisucal. P.S.S. There are plenty of things to criticze DA2 for, and I gotz a whole list of them but sex being a 'vocal point' is not one of them. Sorry. "Every other male hits on you however..." fenris never hit on me. Anders hit on me once and I told him no thanks and that was the end of that. Carver never hit on me either. Varric didn't nor did Sebastien. So.. out of 5 joinable characters, I got 1 guy who hit on me once and there's the potential for a 2nd. Why the exaggeration everybody?

Yeah, but why fire back at the show instead of the tool who insulted. Rememebr, when these guys refuse the show they also feel the ened to jab at it with some superiority complex with the hint that anyone who lets Glee have their music is 'selling out'. That's pretty toolish. As for Glee itself, it's a fun show but outside of the singing it's definitely just your typical highschool drama but with solid focus on the adults too. In fact, the main protaginist and main antagonist could be argued to be both adult characters.

JE's main villainw as one of their better ones. HOTU's Meph was realla wesome. SOU medusa sucked really bad. I'd rather BIO bosses: Sarevok (BG): 8 Irenicus (BG2): 9 Morhaig (NWN OC): 6.5 Malek (KOTOR): 6 Medusa (SOU): 3 TOB Bitch (TOB): 5 Saren (ME): 8 ASSuming CONtrol (ME2): 5.5 Archdemon (DA1): 6.5 I'd give Kreia...... an 8.

I love that Meredith was disucssed a lot in act 1 including you being able to ask about her. I think she should have been more active in act 2 trying to deal with obvious tainted mages while Orsino could have been introcuded easily in ch2 maybe through Bethany if she gets sent to the Circle (or Ferynheil if you sent hi there). The fact your first direct intro to them is the end game of act (where, of course, they both miss the actual main encounter) is a little late. Heh. A sneaky thing for BIo to have done was have them both potnetially join your party in the delaing with the arishok part. That would have fbalbbergasted players when later they have to find out they may have to deal with them. I also have some idea on how to deal with these two later on to make it more cooler. The end game (even though I haven't experienced it myself yet but spoilers are evil and ruin everything) seems to be Perfectly Acceptable End Bosses Type of Ending but could have been truly epic if BIo didn't take the easy cookie cutter way.

Great post newc, don't listen to sorrow as his onyl reason to post in DA2 threads is to trioll everyone since post after post it's 'DA2 is a sucky sucky game worst game ever and i'll just spam this topic opver and over again'). Just to elt you know, btw, what happens with Bethany isn't set in stone... P.S. KOTOR2 is merely an average game.It's overrated just like KOTOR1. Both 70-80ish games...
