  1. Hehe...sounds like an exciting game. Sorry to have missed it. Those type of upsets are fun to watch.
  2. I haven't found an answer yet myself, if indeed there is one. Frustrating. If I could figure out how to run the game in a window and wanted to spend a lot of money on video-presentation capture software, there might be a couple ways, but...no. I guess I shall remain Dk1 movie-less.
  3. I suppose it would be rude of me to laugh at that... :D I haven't kept up with football in ages...are these two teams close to/in the playoffs or something?
  4. Don't like baby horses? :D
  5. The best thing to do is get your own account at some site like photobucket, upload a picture to their servers, then use that url. Google search "image hosting" if you need more info.
  6. No...it's a video format/directx thing. Fraps doesn't capture the movies in Diablo2, either...similar thing. I use Hyperionics in cases like this, which specifies that it "Snags also those difficult-to-grab screens from DirectX
  7. This one's DungeonKeeper1, 1996/1997 or thereabouts.
  8. Maybe I should add this is probably a Glide-related thing...
  9. Is there any way to make an avi movie from a game that's old enough to not be supported/noticable by Fraps-type technology? Fraps will record the intro movie but the game itself is apparently invisible. Edit - I have a program that will take screenshots of the game in question (Fraps doesn't...), but it doesn't do movies.
  10. My sister liked a lentil soup with a big dollop of plain yogurt on top. Not my thing...but I did like the flat pan-fried rising bubble bread she made...something from India.
  11. Definitely funny.
  12. Oh sure, not only are we talking about yummy foods, but now we have tempting pictures too. Time to raid the fridge for dinner. Some steak sirloin tips w/steakhouse type seasoning and some italion seasoned veggies I think...
  13. Home gym...that's the answer. One year instead of spluring on things like cameras I'm going to buy all the home gym stuff for the garage. Heh...I'm not like that, but sometimes on hot days it's inevitable. I remember once skinny dipping in the backyard pool only to realize much later that the whole time there were some roof-repair guys on the house a couple houses over...that was funny.
  14. I'll never understand the skimpy-tight exercise outfit. Sure, the skimpy tight outfit for when you're actually trying to attract a date or something... ...oh wait. Anyway, I exercise in baggy sweats and t-shirts. Actually, that's what I wear half the time even when I'm not exercising. Comfort over tight-crotch-pinching stuff anyday.
  15. My sister tried to get me into tofu...I never quite did, tho. Cottage cheese can be tasty sometimes, especially with some melon cubes.
  16. @ jorjan - you use the BBCode tag [ IMG ] your image url [ /IMG ] (without the spaces). The image must be on a server, not on your hard drive. @ Darque - Did you ever play the Ancient Keeper levels?
  17. Did you try running them in compatability mode? I found that slowed the 1st down to managable levels.
  18. I saw that one coming a mile away.
  19. The campaign levels are fun but it's the sandbox Pet Dungeon of #2 that I loved so much. Tinker heaven...plus all the funny minion quirks of course.
  20. In all honesty, since combat is so simple/easy, it doesn't matter...pick one or two combat skills to Master/pump & the attribute points/AI setting to match and they'll be fine. And almost anything is better than the Auto-level up "feature."
  21. Yeah, neither is really 'inferior' to the other at this point, all depends on what model and what purpose blah blah blah. I think one of hubby's 'practical' reasons was about support/possible conflicts between hardware or something, just cause Intel's been around longer. I'd have to ask him...but he looks at things from a non-gamer's perspective.
  22. Majesty and Dungeon Keeper 1/2 each get 5
  23. Intel is the only thing we buy. Money is no object. Harhar. More seriously...hubby prefers Intel for more practical reasons than 'this one beats that one' thing. I don't remember his reasons tho...I never do. In one ear out the other...
  24. Hehe, I've never been a PK'r type either. Co-op all the way for me. Oh hell I don't even duel. I'm such a wimp.
  25. Given your general position on hack n slash etc. I'm wondering why you played the 2nd one at all, let alone bought it (assuming you did buy it).
