  1. Perhaps they thought that God had shielded him, after praising Allah I guess the other one said "'tis one tough Crusader, methinks we best not reveal ourselves" :D
  2. Yeah, it means God is great I think.
  3. Check this guy out, he's damn lucky to be alive... http://www.militaryphotos.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=54157 I might not be a big fan of US soldiers in this day and age, but I'm still glad he got back up. :D
  4. I was only jesting! Spam all you like, but be mindful though, it might attract Baley. Also, indeed not everything turns out like we hoped it would, I too have made wrong choices in my young life but I seriously hope my next move (shipping) is the right one, lots of love homie. :">
  5. Stop spam plz. ^_^
  6. About to end a four week summer job in an export hall, and probably going to begin a six month business school upgrade so I can get myself qualified for shipping trainee positions. That's the plan at least. Denmark is pretty big on shipping, should have a fair chance if I can just get into that course. ^_^
  7. There outta be a penalty for that. Kick/ban plz! Edit: For posting that picture, not the man loving part of course. :">
  8. German is a cool language, no question about it. Too bad I didn't pay more attention in school, damnit. Oh and Kaftan, Obersturmbahnf
  9. If I want to watch muscular men and big boobed girls I'll fetch some porn thank you very much... ehm, speaking of which, brb.
  10. I already did.
  11. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
  12. O what a primitive race we still are, what is all this hair good for? What purpose does it serve? Why do I need to shave so often? (My face, mind you, errr yeah) *hides*
  13. I voted for Hoff, simply because I can't forget nor forgive an episode of MacGuyver where he blows up a Jeep by targeting some shotgun shells inside with a sunbeam reflected by his beautybox mirror.
  14. From what I've read about them, they were pretty elite. In the sense that they were extremely loyal (fanatism can be extremely useful, in a twisted way), and since they were Hitlers darlings, they were supplied with the most advanced weapons/equipment/uniforms he could get them. If I remember correctly they also recieved ekstra training, but near the end of the war there was not enough time to properly train them. Those Germans sure know hats n helmets, how about this one? Or better yet, his moustache! - Good ol' Kaiser Wilhelm II.
  15. I see. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yes.
  16. I see. ::hugs own currency::
  17. In WW2, yes, but you didn't save the world from some big nasty evil in WW1, Germany and Austro-Hungary wasn't the bad guys, noone where. In fact you only joined in when it was almost over and both sides had bled themselves to a stalemate in the trenches. Please don't try to take sole credit for this, instead I recommend you read up on it, it's quite an interesting albeit disturbing part of our history that is way too often overshadowed by the war that followed. Note, my country was neutral, but I'm biased towards Germany. (they had spiky helmets)
  18. True, I remember seeing the skull in my WW1 book: "How do you like my hat?" - Field Marshal August von Mackensen
  19. I'm talking about assault on the exchange students merely because some English guys heard them speak German, it pisses me off just to think about it. <_< Anyway, nice uniform. But I'd lose the Death Head insignia and Swastika before putting it on. Edit: Oh and Dubya just landed in Copenhagen, he's gonna celebrate his birthday with the Royal Family and Prime Minister tomorrow... And the anarchists are already burning American flags in the capital, I might not like Bush, but such actions are despicable.
  20. Probably because its about a specific person. War games tend to be more about the event rather than about specific individuals. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I dunno, if I were German, I'd have had just about enough of Nazi bad guys in films and games by now. In fact, I'd probably be so angry that I'd be willing to shed some blood over it ... O-oh, it's the Fourth Reich! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm not quite sure if you were being sarcastic or not from that last sentence Meta, but I do agree, sadly I've read that German exchange students are having a hard time with some English youths, seems certain groups of these share a talent for not being able to let go of the past. You heard of this?
  21. Right, right. Just look at Afghanistan, raving Warlords of the former Northern Alliance are now treating the population almost, if not as bad as the Taliban did. " Meta: Well I've stated my opinion about this, running away is a defeat in my book.
  22. Realizing it not being worth it and pulling out is defeat, they outlasted you despite suffering far greater casualties.
  23. They won, in the sense that: You ran away, with them right behind ya shouting nasty words and waving fists/guns/tanks at ya. "
  24. Battle of Mogadishu with 19 US killed was military action, Vietnam with 58,000 US soldiers KIA was a frigging war no matter how you wanna put it. Thinking you didn't lose this one is delusional to say the least. PS. Oh and Jaq, you got something mixed up there, we once ruled them in the Kalmar Union, but never vice versa. Danes were never slaves, but we did have Thralls " Edit: Steve, in my language it's called the "Falkland Wars", just thought I'd mention it.
