  1. Quiet you. <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
  2. Just some interesting triva, conditions in some parts of Afghanistan are now just as bad as they were under the Taliban, local Warlords are free to do what they please. For some reason, we don't hear about this in the news.
  3. Hehe, I've been thinking the same thing, but I didn't have the virtual balls to say it.
  4. Arch you're just plain silly if you really think Kaftan doesn't know that these missiles have can be traced, or that you can just 'miss' a country and hit another, boy wake up! Oh and where is Ender when you need him, surely suggesting that we nuke the entire Middle East is worthy of a report, no?
  5. Who is the guy in the first picture, Darkside? Looks cool.
  6. Who's talking about being a coward here? I say he who runs away can run away another day.
  7. In Sharm El Sheikh, a place filled with turists, I was there a few years ago. It's a very nice place, but with some bad vibes since turist police armed with AK-47's was everywhere - Too bad it didn't make any difference. 88 dead last I heard. http://www.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/meast/07/23/...ions/index.html
  8. 43, and if anyone has anything to say they'll get a first hand impression of how well German army boots are crafted.
  9. Well sorry, but I happen to speak the Queen's English, rather than a bastardised version of a noble language <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Let's not go there. My favourite colour is primary green. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> OK I appologise but I do not appreciate people correcting me when I was right the first time <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I concur, I'm not even a native English speaker, but I too use the 'ou' whenever I can, it just seems... right. Oh and my own favorite colOUr would be... black, goes with my mood. EDIT: Oh and metallic dark gray, if you can call that a colour. :">
  10. German army issue combat boots, best on the planet. I keep em black and shiny, a leftover from my army days I guess. :"> Although not so much in the summer period, too hot.
  11. Of course not, I don't have a death wish.
  12. What, did my winking catch you off balance? ^_^
  13. Well, if you can call a major world religion and all its adherents a 'spot'.... But yeah, in a broader sense you are probably right. I can't remember mine right now. Oh yeah, really selfish people. Anyhoo... back to sexuality..... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Speaking of which, I thought you were an atheist? Whats up with all this 'sticking up for the big bad religion' thing? I agree with you on the selfish people thing, by the way. Edit: I thought it was clear from all my whining that I hate (hate is a strong word, I rarely use it) the Christian institution, not the followers or religion per se, unless they're extremists of course. (ie conservative christian fundamentalists)
  14. When it comes to Christianity, I'm very partisan, it's my soft spot, the thing in life I love to hate. Every man has one, right? Edit: Mus, the institution.
  15. I don't have a big beef with religion, I just have something, nay, a whole lot against Christianity. And all these great thinkers, the ones I'm thinking about at the moment anyway, did not hail from Christianity at all. Note I'm not at all fond of Islam either, those two go hand in hand in being the two institutions I hate the most on this earth pt.
  16. I also don't understand why so many try to fit into the stereotype, but I'm also very aware that there are lots who act in a 'normal' guy fashion, but folks probably only want to focus on the more 'flaming' homosexuals, as to justify their contempt of the lifestyle... Just a guess.
  17. Well, if you can cite one passage in the Bible that explicitely justifies the horrible acts done by Nazis (who weren't motivated by Christianity, Hitler was not what you would call a Christian), the Spanish Inquisition, witch burnings, etc., feel free to do so. That is what matters most, not what the Church says. And the Church at one time did bless these terrible acts, but as I said that was human cruelty and misinterpretation of the Bible. BTW: it's 'duh' (someone might confuse you with Homer Simpson) d'oh! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Noone here linked the acts done by Nazis to Christianity as far as I'm aware, except for you that is. The Bible might preach some good things (are you including the Old Testament here, I wonder? O boy, they had some nasty ideas of what people could and couldn't do), but what good does it do when the very organ that is supposed to act like the heart of the religion, the Church, time and time again have proven to be nothing but a power hungry institution, a source of discrimination (homosexuals, to stay just a little bit on topic) and horrible acts too numerous to mention? I'm just glad that, in this day and age, religious people are in the minority in my country.
  18. Heh, that's kinda funny Meta, "onanere" means... yeah, in Danish today.
  19. I already asked that Cewekeds, suffice to say noone knew what to answer. And Julian, I can't recall anyone else supporting your argument that nr.3 was in any way normal for homosexual practicing that kind of sex, everyone was as puzzled about this unusual statement as me. And as Meta pointed out (I was too lazy to finds evidence myself, but I knew that the stats had changed since the 80'ies) Aids is not a sole homosexual problem, at all As for religion, I know enough about Christianity to put this quote in my sig, of course Christianity itself didn't do anything (doh), but a lot of horrible things were done in its name and with the blessings of the Church, which is all that matters eventually.
  20. I thought we clearly refuted these so called heath issued, I mean, nr. 3 was pure nonsense and the other two applies to straight people as well. As some other poster said, Aids among straights is also bad. (pssst, dude, this isn't tge 80'ies anymore, wake up) As for my personal stance on religion and Christianity, well my sig says it all I think. ^_^
  21. I appriciate your post, Cloris, you're capable of expressing yourself far more eloquent than I... This stuff pisses me off somewhat terribly as well.
  22. And then you continued on to say it happened in the animal world as well, when I said that homosexuals move into the big cities.
  23. You'd have to analyze their situations while growing up. I never said it JUST happens in large cities. There are certain conditions that are highly related to overpopulated areas, and those conditions can still be replecated elsewhere through other means. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You sure did emphasise it, either you need to get better at expressing yourself, or I need to check up on my understanding of English. (damn Anglo-Saxons)
  24. Yeah, that too. Some people don't truly know who they are (sexuality included) unless they try something different, and unfortunately many people have to do that. Sexuality is just one among many choices we make in our lives. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Except that it isn't a 'conscious' choice, for most people.
  25. I wonder if your friends agree with your lifestyle, my guess is that they do, but I'm sure they're glad that you don't hate them, how merciful of you.
