As for the escaped war criminals, well there's a flip side to that coin, there's some famous allied warcrimes that has gone unpunished to this day, including the firebombing of Dresden ordered by "Bomber Harris" , and the dual nuking of Japan. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My understanding of Skorzeny's escape from "justice" is that British OSS officers pointed out that he had nothing during the war that they had not done, except perhaps done it more succesfully and on higher profile targets. I thought he was acquitted fair and square. As for the Allied war crimes, I'd disagree, except on the Dresden bombing which was utterly pointless. The dual nuking of Japan is very popular, and important so we don't nuke anything else if possible, but compared with the alternative I think it was pretty much the best of bad set of options. But we could argue about that forever. This is the most intelligent and well put post I've read all day, I agree 100%. The only weapons I have are a few knives, a few AirSoft pistols/assault rifle which fires 6mm plastic balls, granted the AK-47 probably won't fool anyone in this country, but I could always aim for the eyes if the burglar doesn't decide to leg it. :D

Yeah the G18c can fire semi-auto and full-auto, you can see Morpheus fireing the pistol in MatrixII (however crappy it is) with an extended mag, which I also bought just for show. :D Looks like this: :D Aye, nothing beats gunning down all those SWAT and Delta wannabes with their over the top Spec Ops equipment, I take special pride whenever I manage to take down one of the dudes with group bradge on his shoulder; them guys are usually the most whored up, and at the same time also those who get most pissed off when shot by some random dude wearing the cheapest mask available. Indeed, I've spent far too much money on stupid backup gas guns, a pimped up Mac10 that never works properly, and several blowback pistols, only one still working is the fullauto Glock18. :D Hehe that description fits on about, say 30% of the people attending the club, the rest are equipment and win whores far worse than myself. I'd say I'm about average, I like the ragged look but also some pimped up stuff to boot, I prefer a good fight to actually winning, if the fight is good I don't mind losing at all... and you know, when you have an AK you simply have to fire it into the air if victorious.

Ah, so other civilizations call it Airsoft, how cute. Though I do prefer the term Hardball. You're right, it is amazing how much you can pimp up these Airsoft rifles, I have an AK-47 myself with over 5.000 DKR of ekstra equipment (including my beloved scope) and lots of fighting experience. By the way, the club I attend often cross the Sund and use your over the top vegetated country to fight in, since our own forests are somewhat small. Perhaps you've encountered these crude madmen? :D

I'd imagine it would. I just looked up the C7, and it's actually a pretty good looking weapon. I couldn't believe that it has automatic fire on it instead of 3-round burst. I couldn't find too much on attachments for the weapon though. Does it have an attachment like the M203 40mm grenade launcher? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You know, I once asked my Lt why we didn't have 3-round burst on em, and he just answered "this isn't some shoot em up game" - so I actually didn't think that burst was used anywhere after that. However, we never got to fire full auto anyway, they said it was too inaccurate to use properly. We did get to do it on rare occations though, feels awesome. As for upgrades, it's kinda ironic, the Home Guard (a militia like your National Guard) is better equipped and has access to an M203 launcher, however the army does not. Our Special Forces called 'Jaegers' use the same gun as you posted in your initial post though, which is pretty freaking cool.

Yeah, the C7 (M16 variant) I had in the army replaced our old 7.62 using HK G3. 5.56 rounds just feels like you're firing a damn toygun. <_<

My own personal favorite, well how about... Whats not to like? The Ak-101 is just a modern version of the classic... Still among the most easy modern assault rifle in the world to mentain, you simply can't wear it down. If only our own army would adopt Russian firearms, it would be cheaper and I would've been able to get my dinner earlier instead of the long hours I spent cleaning the variant of M16 we have, which always failed after being exposed to a little dirt.
