It is compulsory for K2 to have a better interface, being the sequel/later one.

Problem is that most people (+me) consider movies to be original Star Wars (even eps 1, 2, 3) and since they're movies, they are fixed, or conversely, the point of a game based on a movie/universe is that it's interactive. I do think the movies are better - however the KotOR story (not sure about K2, LOL) would make a great movie well, as has been mentioned heaps of times. Playing KotOR certainly feels more like a movie than with Jedi Outcast or Jedi Academy. (well except the fancy moves)

Well the game does say they work opposite shifts so they would've never really taken off. Hey they don't use blankets and sleep in their underwear right? heh, they've probably perved on each other a couple of times. Still, even if you were opposite shift roomies it'd be pretty stupid to not to know anyone's name in the same room so maybe Bastila (or other Jedi, doesn't matter) told Trask about you (which is a possible reason why he even bothered to try and delay Darth Bandon at all).

BG and NWN aren't really for me either. I'm not a huge fan of fantasy or mystical type things. Like LOTR for instance - the movies were entertaining but ONLY because I like Rome Total War. All that other stuff about elves, dead people not dead or whatever I just consider stupid. Haven't played Battle for Middle Earth yet but given how I didn't like WarCraft III I'm not gonna get it. Sure force powers are "magic" as well but at least it's not like summoning spirits or transforming or whatever. Well in terms of playing K1/K2 first, I would always play them in order cos the newer one will always have superior gameplay features (like menus, weapon switch, etc) because they are lessons learned from the first one. It's like trying to play Jedi Outcast again after Academy but not being able to do fancy saber moves. lol, even with Pazaak you have to have played K1 Pazaak to appreciate the changes introduced into K2.

Exactly the same with me. :D I hated Final Fantasy (my cousin is huge RPG fan though, I just think he's slow witted " ) and after seeing other RPG's having the same fantasy thing with weird or anime style magic, standing around to get shot, and all the friend talk of "my level (blah) character beats your level (blah) character"/"I got level 99 really eary" (blah blah) - I just thought, nup, RPG's are boring and crap. But yeh, cousin intro-d KotOR to me (he didn't have it, just told me the name), so I had a look at the trailer....eventually....and only cos it had Star Wars in the name. So anyway yeh, saw the trailer and gave it a chance and yeh, one of the best games I've played. I still hate all those other RPG's though. KotOR appeals to me cos the way they've done it; 3rd person view, no zoom-to-battle, level cap, and no "summoning devils/angels/roast turkeys" made it seem more like JK with a very good story, conversations and peaceful enviroments.

Yeh you'll see a lot about how K2 just lost it near the end - at least Pazaak looked a lot better " Welcome to the forums; wanna play Pazaak?

Think this can be stickied " ? As you can see there isn't much work happening on Pure Pazaak cos I'm outta new ideas and no one has put forward any either. Then it ends up getting "lost" :ph34r: and new members won't see.

I voted Sidious but I would have to say Darth Maul for the best entertainment (yep the Phantom Menace Naboo fight) Sidious started looking insane too with that weird laugh especially when he fights Yoda.

I'm pretty confident that there will no longer be any official patches for KotOR2 (heck there hasn't been an official one for ages!).

I like my one - nice and simple. lol. Personally I'm not a big fan of so many contrasting bling bling colours/items in sigs.

It's possible she didn't (look at some of the other characters Obsidian used to that coulda died)

All those dialog screenies seem to be when you're DS and I sided that way yet.

The key to beating the Death Star is the exhaust port - now I doubt a machine (even if it is "living DS") has spies working for it, and Malak would be too stupid/arrogant to get any intelligence.

It probably wouldn't fit, lol, but you could sure as hell produce so many little worker drones that you could build it really fast.

If the Star Forge is allowed to have ships than the Death Star should it's ships as well - and btw I say Death Star. One shot and boom. Which is better for a "rule the galaxy" DS - Star Forge.

Version v1.2.1 Update Released Well I tried to fix the double-turn bug again after like I said the first test didn't work but this time I've only tested it by myself. Also for those who have not seen the first post "index" for a while I've added a little section for player pics (see the manual if you aren't sure what I'm talking about). Edit: Just played about 8 to 10 games with my cousin and it worked fine :D

what about just a regular KotOR game where although the not main character, she isn't discarded like in K2.
