  1. Oh okay. If you support Vaklu, then in the palace you will get the Ossuss Keeper Robes. They're in the Treasure room.
  2. Are you saying, you didn't find any robes until near the end?
  3. The one whose eyes I can look into. :D
  4. Well, you could check the comic on the bottom of this page. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Reminds me of the first time I saw a man with no nose.
  5. Prestige classes, and the abilities to turn my friends into Jedi. Now if we can get Non-human Jedi.
  6. Oh and when I wrote what I wrote, I was thinking off how to do it in a year, like Obsidan had to.
  7. Why couldn't both be accomplished with Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic III? It seemed to me that Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords not only essentially just set the stage for the series becoming a trilogy, for resolution to be offered in the third installment, but also set the stage for what could be a very interesting adventure set in the Outer Regions. At this point, I feel like I would be very disappointed if Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic III didn't continue the current storyline at all. I wouldn't want it to skip ahead fifty years into the future and just forget about Revan and the Exile. It would feel a lot more empty to me than Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords's ending came even close to feeling, I think. Even if it didn't just forget about Revan and the Exile, but still took place fifty years into the future, I still would prefer it not do so. Even if it still took place in the Outer Regions, following in their footsteps to confront the "True" Sith Empire, I just think it would end up feeling too...detached, from the previous two installments, as well as sort of lessen the impact of the threat posed by the "True" Sith Empire itself. Hearing about Revan and the Exile as "historical figures" that existed fifty years ago would kind of lessen my attachment to their characters for the duration of the third installment. Personally, I would prefer that Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic III simply move forward by just a few years or so, like the gap between the first two. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well when I wrote this, I was thinking of a way to sidestep the 16 different possiblities that result from the male/female, DS/LS, Revan/Exile outcomes. It's not what I want. Just a possibilty to sidestep. I also don't have faith in getting a good story and good resolution. Maybe it's cynicism, or a lack of faith in LucasArts marketing. Maybe I don't think any developer can put this together. It's just me. In truth I do want a resolution to the story. Will we fight the Sith alongside Revan and Exile? I want to know their fates, and the fate of the Jedi, Mandalorians and Republic. But what I wrote was nothing more than a way to escape the myriad endings resulting from both KoTOR's. I with you Grant. I just need faith. :D
  8. Oh, no doubt. Profit$ are the bottomline for Lucas. Nevermind Obsidian Entertainment's reputation or the fans' intelligence and enthusiasm. I have founf 3 Cirlets of Saresh, 5 Mandalaorian Assault Armors, only 3 parts for HK once, etc. We know from these boards, the kind of game Obsidian had in mind. Too bad LA couldn't wait til after Christmas.
  9. I like the Hssiss. Especially the ones in that tomb. I make 18 appear at a time. Force Storm misses some.
  10. Don't forget the battle of the wookies. Hanharr vs Zalbaar. Hanharr has Freyrr's warblade.
  11. Yeah sure. I thought about this too. Would be one hell of a game. A big game. 100+ hours to complete. I gotta admit though, that if I'm Revan, and Bastila is in trouble, screw the galaxy, I'm saving Bastila. It'll be up to the Exile and the PC to save the galaxy. :D
  12. An RPG without a PC. I'm not ver experienced with RPG or vidoegames in general, but has this ever been done? There's no central character. At each planet, a character has a mission. At the end of their respective missions, they all rendezvous at a Sith world to meet the Exile and Revan. They are ambushed and characters die in a climaic sacrifice. At the end, when you do meet Revan and the Exile, all characters from the games die to save the galaxy. Kind of depressing but, very nice idea. If a developer wants to try something new, this could be done. Personally, I wouldn't want all of them to die. Someone has to live, for the sake of a "happy" ending. I really like your resolution too. This way, if there's a title called KoTOR 4, none of the current characters can be included. But as I asked before, has there ever been an RPG without a central character. I would miss being my own Jedi. That's the only thing I'm unsure off with your idea. I like to pretend the PC is me. I know it sounds weird. But I want to feel that I, and my character, have accomplished something. I love your setup and your ending, but it's the no central character thing that I'm not feeling. But it's just me. Very ambtious of you though. Are you a writer?
  13. I'm chscking it out right now. Be right back.
  14. The DS Exile stays on Malachor. The LS Exile goes off to help Revan fight the threat. Then there's the whole Ebon Hawk matter. Is it destroyed or is it still flying towards the Outer Rim? I understand what you mean about adventures in the Outer Rim. That's where I thought KoTOR 3 would be heading. The Exile and Revan meet up to end the Sith threat and they will be aided by the PC. I guess the only the only thing to settle this way, would be gender. Then we have to decide how the Exile looks Revan could wear the stupid mask. So forgetting each character's alignment could work. Then there's the PC. What will he/she have to do? COnquer the glaxy or save it? Kill Revan and/or Exile? Or join them? Meh. I have confused myself. I don't envy the developers who have to sort this out in KoTOR 3. If it's made. Good luck whomever they will be.
  15. The Brianna bit. No objection to the game being set 50 years in the future. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, I know. But didn't Traya say that Brianna will die in battle? That's why I had the Brianna dying bit. It's a romantic notion that she will always fight until she's in her 70's-80's. Her last battle will end Czerka's reign on Telos.
  16. Sort of like KoTOR 2 and Revan, Bastila and Carth. The thing I can't get past is that if we mention eithe Revan or Exile, then we might discuss have how they affected the galaxy. And the outcomes LS or DS are different. Unless the devs just say that Revan & Exile left. There's no real resolution. The gender wars will continue. By basing the next story far into the future, the next devs wouldn't have to deal with the affects of KoTOR 1 and 2. Revan. Exile and the other NPC's can all be expected to die. Except T3 and HK-47. Of course as I'm typing this, I'm still not sure if this is waht I'd like to see. Do I want a resolution to KoTOR 1 and 2? Or do I want a good story more than a resolution? I think I'd leave Revan and the Exile, and their genders, to my imagination. Give me a complete story instead, KoTOR 3 developers. Well, that's my rationale for my "50 years into the future" scenario.
  17. In KoTOR, Taris was the best planet IMO. I fought against the bad guys as a normal person. I struggled to beat those damned Rak-ghouls. And I reall had to put up a fight against Marl, and Bendak Starkiller. There was alot to do there. Including rescuing the "Damsel in Distress." :D In KoTOR 2, Nar Shadaa. There's alot to do there. Onderon could've been cooler though. I wish it was bigger.
  18. Awwww <{POST_SNAPBACK}> to 50 yeas in the future, or to Brianna dying.
  19. Ah-ha. But what about the crazy fanboy/fangirls who will bombard the internet with "We want Revan/We want Exile" posts? Way I originally thought was that KoTOR 3 was leading up to the war with the "True Sith". I suppose that forgetting about them could work. I feel IMHO, that KoTOR 2 should've used less Revan. It made me overly curious about his/her whereabouts. Now I WANT A RESOLUTION! Forgive the caps please.
  20. Maybe they can do 50 years in the future? Most of the NPC's would be dead by then. I think. A Rebuilding Jedi Order. Master Brianna has died and Jedi have gathered on Telos to say their final goodbyes.
  21. How could the Jedi standby and watch the Outer Rim get pounded, let millions died and still say they were studying and waiting. Even Master Vandar was all for the waiting.
  22. My T3 ended up with 20 constitution after 29 levels. He was tougher than HK.
  23. Uh, how would the droids factor in? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> T-3 will record for hologram use later on, while Hk and G0T0 cheer on.
  24. <wishful thinking> I would stick with a DS ending. The Exile is the death of the force, and I took Nihilus' mask from his corpse. Plus, we don't see an inexplicable scene of the Ebon Hawk emerging from Malachor, after it has been crunched up and swallowed. Like "The Empire Strikes Back" the bad guys win.
