  1. I completed WoTR after 210 hours Its gets 89/100 on the globally respected " BruceVC game rating system " only BG2 ToB has ever received a higher score I mentioned several times what is fantastic about WoTR so I wont repeat that I had an interesting ending, I always wanted to close the Worldwound but not at the expense of sacrificing my own life and all my achievements and what I can still do So when I defeated Areelu I decided to NOT kill myself and Im fine with that We will continue to oppose Demons and the forces of Deskari and Baphomet who come through the Worldwound. I was sorry to have disappointed Nocticula but I am not going to sacrifice myself for her either I have decided to play the DLC that occur at the end of the main narrative, I still have a Pathfinder "fix" before I move onto another game The only real criticism of WoRT is it could have been longer, maybe 60-80 hours?

  2. Still Arcanum... The dungeons here are really bad, they make even Owlcat's look almost lovingly handcrafted pieces of tunnel crawling art. But yeah, one does not simply play Arcanum for the combats. It's for the setting, the concepts (both in systems and world design) and that unique soundtrack, though it gets a bit repetitive due to its lack in tracks.

  3. Completed the Brynlod bounty and the Adra Dragon. The Adra Dragon took many attempts. Finally managed it by swapping my monk tank for Eder who just had more tankyness and innate fear resist so he was better able to face tank the dragon for longer (he still dropped but by that time I'd killed all the other enemies and my Main-Character Paladin off-tank and a repeated weapon summons from my chanter were able to tank the dragon whilst everyone else pelted it from range. It was still one heck of a difficult fight (for me), but I'm so glad I finally got it down. Just got a few loose ends to wrap up and then I'm off to the burial ground to finish this, my first Pillars-1 POTD run

  4. I've definitely learned the importance of spare sets of equipment in this game. I used to just recycle everything, now I've got a couple sets of extra gear.

  5. Satisfactory co-op with a 12-year-old: I'd love to say there's a hidden system in this chaos, but there isn't.

  6. Well, I'd gotten to the Vermillius Gap, I was wearing a whole ton of unique schematic gear, decide to follow the next path that leads north.. The my sandbuggy jumped a dune, landed me in quicksand which I hadn't realised was a thing there, and as I'm trying to get the bike out a Sandworm eat me. Everything gone. Then spent a couple of hours doing the grind to re-equip myself and build a new Sandbike, decide to head in a slightly different direction, carefully avoid some drumsand.. and then 3 sandworms pretty much dogpile me. Found myself being chased by one, then a second emerged in the ground ahead of me, and as I start to turn to run for another area.. the third freaking sandworm crests a dune and landed on me. One more unto the re-equip grind. Solo play is definitely a touch longer...

  8. I picked up Dune Awakening to to a little bit of dabbling with when I get some gaming time. I spent a fair amount of hours with Conan after all and thought the PvE might be an enjoyable time sink. Didn't really think about whether PvP was a demand of the game or not. I shall continue puttering around and exploring it as is, and see where it takes me and what point I get to be blah over it...

  9. Seriously, Obsidian? Is this some kind of joke? You're releasing the second part of a game that had full Polish language support — a game my brother and I played for over a thousand hours — and now you're just dropping the Polish localization altogether? That is a blatant slap in the face to a community that supported you from day one. We bought the game, the expansions, we recommended it to others — and now we’re treated like second-class players? This isn't about entitlement — it's about basic respect and consistency. If you could provide full Polish localization in the first game, then cutting it in the sequel is just lazy cost-cutting at the expense of your loyal fans. Spare us the weak excuses about "priorities" or "resources" — we’re not buying it. Honestly, this is incredibly disappointing. The game looks great, but it’s getting harder and harder to support a studio that’s so willing to turn its back on its player base.

  10. I noticed that both the itunes version of the soundtrack and the premium version of the soundtrack is missing the music from Fior mes Ivèrno settlement. Why is it not made available?
