  1. Past hour
  2. Grounded two is an amazing game, However, days go by so fast that it feels like you can't get anything done. I would like the days in Grounded two to be a bit longer. Maybe instead of it being an hour for every minute you're in the game ,you could slow that down by half .Grounded One had longer days and it felt like you could get more done, but here it just feels like you're being rushed the entire time.
  3. Today
  4. how will protest ever be effective without property damage and violence are 13 colony suppose to gently holding protest sign around crate of tea the trick is to make the temporarily embarrassed billionaire think it is their future property that would get damaged
  5. I always chuckle at how people want to control protests. Like, feel free to protest, as long as it doesn't inconvenience me or make me upset. What do you think the point of protesting is if it doesn't cause a stir? The only things off limits should be property destruction and violence. You want to burn a flag, a bra, or a maga hat that you bought yourself, or march over a bridge and cause a traffic jam, go get it. Fight the power. ️
  6. At the mix.r you can see all the bugs that would go to attack you nearby I don't know if this is a glitch if feature
  7. Ive been keeping up to date with all the latest grounded 2 news speculation etc. I love the game, love the community, love the developers for the support they give while in beta and after. I started this thread because i saw some speculation videos regarding a possible ladybug (buggie) and i love the idea, but also wanted to voice my idea of with the roadmap and the pond or water biome coming to the park it would be really amazing to have a flying buggy like a dragonfly. Or even a frog buggy that could be truely amphibious. Im drawing a little of my ideas from the game "Ark Survival Evolved and Ark Survival Ascended" which have certain aspects similar to Grounded 2. But i feel like with the way the game is progressing and being developed it has the potential to outshine Ark and take a major player base from the game as it has done for me. If the devs are reading this thanks for making a great game. And for anyone else throw in some suggestions you have to the thread below, if you enjoy this game as much as i do lets give them as many chances and possibilities, ideas to make Grounded 2 the top game of the year with continued support.
  8. When ziplines are added, add like a trolley, chest or pallet to be able to transport resources up to a base. This allows you to build a base in a cool spot (With limited resources) and still make it easy to build a house as you can send weed stems, grass planks and other resources up the zipline in a trolley/chest.
  9. Among other things, the flag stands for the freedom to burn the flag. So there's that. Most people here would never burn the flag.
  10. again there are not enough trans person in the world for them to oppress they will be targeting random people from day 1
  11. It’s ridiculous how this is still happening. My two pet ants just disappeared without warning.
  12. Yesterday
  13. Also, CEO in charge of UltimateEngine made a statement that game devs should be optimizing earlier in development, not at the end. So Grounded 2 devs should be doing optimization first to solve the performance problem.
  14. After playing for 1 full day in this new game and watching countless videos and streams i have thought about some new and interesting quest lines that could be a good idea for the game to have. 1. There is a lot of dead bodies to be found in the park map. And I think it could be a great story line to help put these dead souls to rest by taking them with you and placing them in some sort of graveyard. Or send them back to Ominent so that these bodies can be reunited with their family. 2. I read on the upcomming update ideas that Base Comfort will become a thing. Something else that could be a cool idea was to make a quest / achievement where you need to build get to comfort level 4 on all the different Lab outposts that the game has. 3. [Hidden Achivement] I have seen a lot of statues that references the first game. This idea might already be an upcomming achivement to be implemented, but if not make a hidden achievment where you need to discover all the lost statues. Doing so will unlock the crafting recipe in the machine to be bought. 4. Reach the higest possible location in the game to take a screenshot. 5. Find and retrive all the customizeables and use them on the object they are made for. (Crafting Station, Grinder, Smootie station, Spinner, Grow Bed, Ant Nest, Spider Nest, and so on.) 6. Eat one of every single edible item. 7. Craft one of every item (This also includes structures)
  15. The globs are hidden in buried treasure on the map. I stumbled on it when I fell from the pine tree.
  16. Lots of questions, there are just no simple answers to them. It was nice to see my family again after so many years. But I feel homesick for Queensland and have spoken to recruiting companies to get them to keep an eye out for opportunities. I hope to be able to return "home" after New Year (job market in QLD depending of course, it IS the backwater part of Australia) My Danish is Ok. Took a few months to get used to and I still get the grammar wrong with the off English word or sentence construct sneaking its way in. I did stay in touch with my family, first over MSN Messenger and later Skype regularly, keeping I my Danish skills current over the decades
  17. How are you even getting the parts to make the Spicy Coaltana? Can we make globs already?
  18. Hi! Indeed! With a Pale Elf etc. you'd want to focus on fire and ice spells. I think I mentioned the crossed patch (unique headgear), too. It comes from a stronghold adventure and makes you immune to blindness. It's perfect for a Pale Elf who likes to stand in their own Chillfog (no blindness from it then. Also Rymrgand's Mantle would be great for auch a Wizard. It's a random drop. Of you use this with Chillfogs and outer ice spells they will heal your endurance instead of harming you (if you have enough freeze DR). But your health will suffer nonetheless. Therefore it's very good to use Infuse with Vital Essence to heal your health back up, too. You have to check which spells you would like to use (for example Chillfogs) and which defense they target. Chillfogs targets fortitude, so you want that high. But if you want to blast Fireballs without regretting standing in their AoE you need high Reflex (and Burn DR), not high Fortitude.
  19. I wanted to start a YouTube channel where every episode i burn a different countries flag... but then I realized I dont do things, so I decided against it
  20. That is not true. They stack multiplicatively/probabilistically. 30% (Berserker) and 25% (Fighter) and 15% (one handed style) would result in ~59% overall. That is because the game goes through every applicable conversion ability you have, one after the other, and tries a conversion roll. If that's successful the process stops and the conversion happens. With applicable I mean if you roll a hit the habe will only go through the conversions for hits. And then it's done. So only one conversion can happen! The game doesn't allow graze to hit and then again hit to graze. Only one conversion. So even 100% graze to hit + 100% hit to crit on a character cannot convert all the way from graze to crit. Exception: if one conversion happens on the character's side and the next one on the enemies'. Example: a Fighter with Confident Aim attacks a paralyzed target. He rolls a graze, but it gets converted to a hit. That hit gets "applied" to the enemy and because the enemy is paralyzed (25% hit to crit received) the habe checks conversion again and in this case it works and the hit gets converted to a crit. I guess all conversions get put in an array, list or directory in the order they were achieved. And then the game loops through the array and checks every conversion effect on you in that order - it will use the first conversion that rolls successfully. I don't think they get sorted (like hit to graze first and then hit to crit conversions). But I cannot say for sure.
  21. On my 7800X3D-5090 rig, none of the 58x.xx GR drivers work. The only NV GR driver that does is 577.00.
  22. when buggy is in base, either after loading in to save file or sleeping, buggy will consistently move to the foot of the bed. with my base being off ground he clips through the floor and wont move other than violently shaking. have only found 3 methods to fix. send to nest-works half the time. walk away and whistle him to follow-usually works if i de-render him. mount buggy and dismount, then wait for him to bounce off of you, this unsticks him and makes you stuck but if you remount buggy you are both free.-this happens often but not every time. has only happenned with red ant so far.
  23. ive had this happen as well. took many times of reloading the save to before collapse of the base to notice that somehow they supporting foundation had shifted to a different one and adjusting anything on this new one caused it all to collapse. i fixed this by adding a new supporting foundation and watched the number of supported items change to the new one.
  24. it may also be worth noting that kills from spicy or shattered proc dont give credit to the weapon used unless the weapon got the final hit. so trinkets that apply effects can steal the kill, or some weapons with built in effects can prevent the kill count. for instance using the coaltana to kill spiders, if the sizzle builds up enough to deal tick damage and gets the last damage on spider it wont count as a sword kill. so using arrows if you use a trinket that applies one of these effects it may not count. havent tested this on effect arrows yet.(spicy/venom arrows etc)
  25. Buggies have an attatchment issue. after dismounting buggies they try to get right on top of you. when you move away they try again. this is extremely annoying when trying to harvest something the buggy cant like t2 weeds or pine needles, milk molars, quatzite, marble etc. while trying to break them the buggy moves on you preventing the harvest action.-happens every time. i realise you can hop off buggy and tell it to stay but its already trying to move to you at that point. they need a 5 meter or so follow distance(wont move to you until 5m away and wont come within the 5m)
  26. This build and "the spellbinder" sounds amazing but this build sounds really fun. I watched again the video and paid more attention to this build (initially the Gangrene was the most fun but complicated to understand imho)
