I see the Comey/James indictments got tossed for the stupidest possible reason. Par for the course, I suppose. Reputable prosecutors probably want nothing to do with Trump's revenge dish, for all kinds of good reasons. 'Send a message to the rest': Board recommends disbarment for Trump attorney Jeffrey Clark

That's the point. If a game requires META knowledge of the game / campaign, it's on the game's design. Considering that Obsidian have listed Deus Ex as one of the influences (and knowing their prior games), I doubt you could ever could get seriously "stuck". No less as The Outer Worlds in parts was conceived to be an "accessible / casual" Fallout. There's always supposed to be a way. Think about my New Vegas character breaking the banks of Vegas: Sure, he's having a harder time surviving out in the wastelands of the Mojave Desert due to being lacking in combat and physical skills -- which is actually part of that character's experience drawing it unique. But how cheap would it be if he could switch from gambler to say, master sniper at will? It renders the entire experience pointless.

Respec is needed mostly for accessibility. A lot of people might not familiar with the game, it takes time to gain the game knowledge, first playthrough would likely need at least a capability to respec once, because there are many factors, apart from mentioned lacking of game knowledge, for player to wanting to respec their characters. Also party assist, need that party assist.

Mugsli started following An Equitable Arrangement - Speak to Auntie bug
-
During An Equitable Arrangement quest I am about to arrange meeting (Speak to Auntie) and I can't get to Auntie. The marker for the quest is down the hallway to the left in Head office tower at the second door and there is nothing there. Elevator control is asking for Authorized Personages only or quest The final Lesson. Am I missing something? Or is this a bug?

I Loved Grounded, still do. So when Grounded 2 was released I was all in. I LOVE IT. Now .. I am just wanting and waiting for more. In the meantime I have started Grounded, the original game. All over again. I'm doing so I've been able to compare and I'd have to say I really like how much simpler Grounded 2 has become. I love a good struggle but frustration is not why I play vid Games. So thank you for that. I cannot wait for more of this amaZing game and it's franchise Thank you

Is a proxy war of sorts, maybe not purpose but they have been useful, at least for the countries that matter. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/ukraine-russia-war-peace-deal-trump-driscoll-abu-dhabi-talks-latest/ Ukraine agrees to a set.

Dunno about TOW2 yet, but the original game was rather light on this. Like baby's first Fallout-Like. Even if you didn't specialize or cared much, you wouldn't face that many a hurdle. The same would apply to the game in general, like ressources being plenty and all over the place, also completely contradicting the game's lore and fiction of a struggling economy. They've announced they wanted to go a bit deeper with part 2. Which naturally may alienate those introduced fresh with the original. That said, respec remains the single most bizarre "mandatory" feature ever introduced into single-player RPGs. Still waiting for the racing game that lets you change car, gear and tires on the fly. That Life Is Strange-Like that simply lets you reset all your choices, all the way to the start of Episode 1. And of course the first Command&Conquer that lets you switch sides in the final battle -- Brotherhood of NOD has been cooler than boring GDI all along! If a game makes you think it'd NEED respec, it's poorly designed, not because of the missing respec. FOMO doesn't apply though -- the entire point of character choice and specialization is offering a unique path that (in theory) only your character could experience this way. Whilst another player may have a completely different road to the ending credits. The three traditional archetypes targeted have been Combat, Evasion/Stealth and Diplomacy (see OG Fallout, Deus Ex. etc.). Naturally, with more nuances comes more options... Seeing this as a case of "missing out" is completely missing the point. The endgame is offering your specific character build his/her unique adventure. I once build a New Vegas character that was basically all brains, sweet talk and luck. He had to "sneak" his way into Vegas, but in there, he broke the bank.

Plasma Pistol & Plasma SMG are missing sound effects during the full reload animation. Certain combinations of weapon mods also result in missing sound effect during partial reload animations. For example β the bassline Plasma Pistol is missing sound effects during full reload animation, but the sound effects are there when the gun is modded with a silencer and frost converter. This video demonstrates the bug (there are timestamps for both weapons) β https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBnHGOYo7s0. For example, compare 2:59 to 3:19. As an aside β does anyone know if there's a better way to report bugs? I don't think the devs are reading these threads.

I agree but I also recognize what the Dev is trying to do here. The 2 DLCs will likely increase the level caps to either 40 or 50, so that either 20 or 40 extra points for you to spread. I think the better implementation is party assist like Deadfire has. Certain companion increase certain combat and non-combat skill by 3-5 points to assist you to pass the check.

But as I mentioned what surprised me was the reaction to this first " peace plan " as if it was a done deal And we have been through this before so its not unprecedented. I have stopped quoting Trump on Ukraine because of how many times he has said things and then backtracked, I got tired of being interested in something that didn't materialize (like the long range missiles ) The EU and Ukraine will always need to accept the terms and then it goes back to Russia. After those steps then we can objectively commenting on the terms
-
Educate me, how did Ukraine serve its purpose and who did they serve? I have followed this type of opinion before and it always has holes in logic and historical consistency and of course generally ignores the reason Ukraine is getting support from the West, Russia invaded a sovereign country that is on border of the EU and this country has direct cultural ties to several East European countries with a history of Soviet occupation. So a Russian invasion of Chechnya would not get the same interest or support for understandable reasons But go into details?

I came here seeking answers for the same situation, but I guess I'm just coming away with misery loving company. The only file i have now is barely past the intro, after I just got well into act 2, now I have to go through all that again like it wasn't something I already did... it's never the same on a replay as it was the first time. - Yesterday

Bug #1: During Inez's quest "Half-Truths in Advertising," the reporter and commander of the Auntie's Choice camp are non-existent. Just a camera and a director's chair. Bug #2: During the main quest "Sins of the Past on the Precipice of the Future," just after talking to de Vries and Helen, as you approach the stairs to the first Order/Auntie resupply, both factions become hostile. Everyone goes hostile as soon as I pass the Order guard at the bottom of the staircase. Even when sneaking.

That is obviously doomposting. The situation isn't that bad, though it is bad. Ukraine clearly isn't going to accept just any old deal just from the events of the last few days even if they've shifted significantly in terms of what they will accept over the last few months. Europe also clearly doesn't really care that much about the current corruption scandal given who they just welcomed with open arms- Yermak, probably the second most important guy who has been implicated; and the chief negotiator with Rubio and the Euros. Which, one suspects, was Zelensky calling their bluff as much as anything, making sure there's lots of footage of Euro politicos shaking hands with him in case of more pressure to sack him. The collapses are strictly localised, at the moment. The problem is that while Ukraine can still stop the really critical ones they just shift elsewhere, which then eventually become critical themselves, and the timeframe for the collapses is accelerating. They are at real risk of losing three very important towns inside a month which hasn't happened since the start of the war; one of which people would have thought you mad suggesting it was in play a month ago (Huliapole; for all that people make fun of Russia not learning you'd think Ukraine would have some defences facing north for a major defensive city after 40 months...). The desertions are a big problem though, that isn't overstated. Getting actual figures is difficult, since there are at least three classifications for desertion adjacent absence from service (~awol, 'missing*', and criminal desertion) and the whole thing is highly politicised. Best estimate seems to be at least a 5 figure number deserting every month and something like a quarter of a million total. The interesting recruitment method videos are also so ubiquitous now that only the most die hard of Ukraine supporters think they're just Russian propaganda. *though more usually that's dead rather than deserted, and used to avoid paying widow pensions/ compensation it's also for those who desert under combat conditions or surrender without a fight and don't want to register with the RC for fear they'll be traded back.
