  4. I have now lost all of the weapons i have obtained, to the swap glitch. This seems to be happening mostly when swapping from weapons to omni-tool and back. They are not dropping on the ground; or if they are, they are falling through the ground every time. Thanks for looking into this, can't play till that gets fixed.
  5. Cancelled Netflix, HBO, and Paramount Plus because I barely use them as they rarely have anything I care to watch anymore. About halfway through my "vacation" and my son keeps having bad reactions to bug bites. Wouldn't be so bad but he's awful at taking meds.
  6. Buggy has spawned literally underground and cannot be recalled via anthill or any other way. I also cannot unassign the buggy at all so I cannot even get a new buggy from the egg nest. It shows me the buggy name underground but does not move if recalled or anything. I tried almost everything to get this resolve, and I do not want to start over. Anything that can be done?

All that work at bromancing Modi and all those poor photons and elctrons working overtime about how Russia was losing India and it's back to 1971 because Trump has the mentality of a 7 year old*. If it's hard work isolating China without Russia it's absolutely impossible without India as well, let alone if you manage to drive an actual rapprochement. It's also the fundamental problem with buddying up to strongman populists- they know their popularity relies on Nationalism and appearing strong, so they cannot be seen to back down from public threats. Doubly so when it's a country that has been a colony within (just) living memory. It's not even like there's a major pro US party other than the BJP in India. *It'd be interesting to know if the views of those in the EU who thought they rolled over for Trump on the tariffs would change if that was the cost for imposing secondary sanctions on those trading with Russia**. Because that would be an alternative reading besides Trump hating BRICS and not being given his tendies diet coke and well done steak on a silver platter with sufficient subservience. **Excepting, of course, the EU's trade with Russia. It really is a mystery why the rest of the world think the west are a bunch of hypocrites.
  8. I tried a new run of MechWarrior 5. It is fascinating how much a dev team can do wrong. The new scrapyard maps added with dlc are the worst maps I have ever played in any game. The AI is completely incapable of navigating them and gets stuck on bits of terrain every few meters. The AI gets worse/better with difficulty. At normal difficulty, when reaching higher tier missions, the allied AI started to dumb down noticeably, to the point where it would simply stop firing and stand there, allowing the enemy AI destroy the mechs. As the enemy AI gets significant stat boosts across the board, including turning speed, acceleration, cooldown time on weapons, damage and armour (so much armour), it meant that a light mech could almost take down a full lance of heavy mechs, while a heavy mech could take down your whole lance. Of course AI mechs never overheat. So, it becomes increasingly frustrating and unrewarding to play this. The first impression is "What a great mech sandbox". And then the game works at a steady pace to deconstruct that.

Tiers are always good, but I like creative variety outside of my forgetfulness (que new post over basically the same thing but in depth bc I done forgot about this post) but like I would like traps like pressure plates or spike pits that can be a stand alone or paired with a trap door that can reset. reset, taking damage each reset. Or even bait traps that summons the crow to pick up a enemy and drop it on the other enemy bugs. Or heck, we can take inspiration from the ancient dungeon keeper games and use pillars or stem rods that can either spin freely when attacked or on its own powered by wind or water. They already have a set up for war, why not DnD rampage through with your own base that you protect or a small settlement of survivors to keep safe and build beds and homes for, assigning tasks to keep them alive while you forage or take over a mind controlled earthworm that can scavenge resources for you from a heavily guarded fort that you must take over. To keep the survival aspect of it, the npcs can subsist off of you where your water reserves can finally be tapped into rather than having a more than efficient dew collector and a full acorn of water just sitting there... menacingly. Where slowly over several missions you can recruit followers to help solo players guard their base or have a follower to help you out on excursions where you dont have to cheese the game by carrying 300 arrows, a sprigs bow and extra sprigs to just get rid of a wolf spider or mantis. Have a solo option to let you. GET. IN. THERE. And battle it out using strategy survival elements to overcome obstacles, placing armor on mounts and followers designing them for specific classes or be an all-rounder. Heck in grounded 1 they have a staff that summons ants (i never figured it out to summon ants, but I boinked the crap out of that stink bug with it) I would love to swap from ranger to fighter, if only I had some kind of support for myself outside of my naked ant or orb weaver to help aid me in not dying 40 times spam saving and reloading bc I needed rare resources and didn't want to lose my spot bc the game randomly throws a wolf spider into a mosh pit of scorpions and orbweavers next to the podium as I watch trying to help whittle down the the highest health critter only to get surprise putted by a baby scorpion and slapped by a orb weaver Jr, taking me down to a hair of health left as I see 2 more larger critters coming right at me. But when I die and reload, none of that happens. Like I love that randomness of the, "oooo shiny" mentality, I dont want to diminish the game to a game of chance. I want to overcome obstacles that yes may and can end me, but that i have a chance to try and make it through. Heck even the main boss fights can stay the same, just have the followers and mounts (unless they plan on a mount vs mount boss fight...pls) stay back to fend off oncoming bugs or to rush back to defend the base from a well planned out and executed plan by the masked stranger (which i still think is the scientist from the portrait in the beginning with a sticky note, only difference being that she's addicted to berries and unstable goo which causes color changes and purple blood)
  10. I was going to try Twinkling Watermelon (2023) next. Two of the 2L's from WH are in it and I've heard some good things. Guy goes back to the 90's, has to get his parents together. So heartwarming family drama/romance/comedy, maybe with a focus on music? Of the streaming I sub to, it was only on my Viki website/tablet app, dunno if it's on other services/other regions etc. Edit: think the FL is Seol In-ah. There were two common teasers I found, one more the comedy and the other maybe the family drama side.
  11. I’m loving the game!!! So excited to see it grow Buggy Make a smoother transition from sprinting on the buggy to jumping off. (Very satisfying) Buggy sometimes appears underground when summoned. Buggy does not respond to whistle call when too close. On reloading a save file, buggy was stuck/dead and did not respawn at base. Player unable to open buggy hotpouch. Once player whistle called, the knocked out timer for the buggy started counting down again. The design on the ant nest sign disappears. Buggy healing countdown not counting down on buggy menu. UID Ability to see furniture in the crafting menu. A separate button for dropping items in bulk. Having to hit X to drop one item and then holding X for bulk gets tedious because it slows the player down. Hotpouch assign slots on the inventory screen. Bring back the hot menu that allows you to switch camera modes, hotdeposit items, access inventory, etc. Resource finder doesn’t seem to be correctly aligned on my save file. Crafting ingredient icons flashing big/small (twitching) during building. A proper gamma adjustment menu when you start a new game. Game Performance Teen model has a glitch with clothes that creates another face in the back of theirs that can only be described as Voldemort-esque, but I don’t hate it! When chopping large foods, the chunks often clip the teen into the food and making it difficult to get out. Audio issues here and there. Reverb where there shouldn’t be. Comms Array dialogue going out mid-sentence. Treasure chests disappear after opening with no loot given. Happened northwest of Headless Burg.l at a treasure spot. Waypoints drop too much above ground level, making it difficult to follow. Waypoint will be placed on ground according to map, but be nowhere near the ground and sometimes on top of buildings. Lighting filters change frequently. For example, the atmosphere will change between a nighttime like shade that’s purple and flash a green filter when you’re under the hedges. It’ll switch back and forth depending on the pov. Limit the amount of dialogue from teens. For example, teen says the same line every time player jumps on and speeds on buggy. Make it every other time. Multiplayer Multiplayers awake in same chair. One player’s marker not appearing upon death on screen, but is showing up on map.

Had that one too, after I replied to a SonicComradYellowMage117 post. God told off for trying to "evade" the word filter by "accidentially" misspelling a common colloquial term for fornication. Edit: Kinda bizarre, that was over five years ago.
  14. Hello, I love grounded 1 and 2 and would love to increase the itch scratching that can be done with this game. I would like to see more traps like pressure plates with sprigs and acorn sides. As well as traps using elements that are seen in the bugs, like blue butterfly wings to send freezing winds to slow enemies and clover trapdoors that lead to spike traps or sizzle pits. Or a bait trap that calls down the crow to pick up the coated bug and drop it onto its friends where the bigger the bug the more friends it hits and the more damage it does. In addition for single players, could we have our own minds control workforce or allegiances with ant queens that are not dead or stuck to the ceiling where we can request worker ants that we can assign to gardening, small resource runs or resetting traps while you're gone? I know we have waves that the masked stranger (which i believe is the missing scientist in the portrait with the sticky note afflicted with unstable goo) but I would love to have a medieval battle happen with seige machines taking over strong holds and catapult defending from hordes of bugs to acorn cannons piloted with hacked o.r.c. minions the player obtained to help defend your base. We have a massive map and a bigger one coming, its prime opportunity to really drive that dnd esthetic and add these into the game, reverse dungeon the enemy and maybe have some rescuable npcs.

  16. It would be nice if there was a better storage or unloading/loading option for the drying rack. At the moment I find it very clumsy, you can only put things on the drying rack that are in the inventory. It would be nice if the drying rack could also access the shared storage function of the chests. So you could go to your drying racks and just hang up the stored berries that your buddy has farmed. My idea would be to make it so that only items that are in the radius of the base can be selected and dried.

My issue isn’t about the founders pack, I bought the game on steam and it didn’t download but it took my money, so I was desperate to play right then and there so I figured it just glitched so I’d just buy it again… happened twice… luckily my friend agreed just to gift it to me so I just gave him money and played, my money returned to my account later that day so all’s good but still annoying
  18. Inventory management: transfer a stack of items I just want to shift + Lclick. Sorting I just want to tap y as I can right click to bring up a drop down menu. Omnitool: Add a 9th button to the hotbar that is only the omnitool so we can actually equip it and use left click to use it. Buggies currently love us too much and interrupt holding. Recycling placed structures and blueprints: Sometimes I want to place a lot of blueprints to get an idea of what I'm building. Holding a button for one second to clear them out one at a time is incredibly tedious. These are the ones that stand out the most to me right now.

  20. Got fired at my second job (company wide restructuring) and I have to say, while inconvenient, I do feel a certain sense of relief at all the extra free time I am getting. It's going to be interesting looking for a PM role as I'm not certain how that will work, but on the other hand they did me a favor, I should have left half a year ago. I think they were taken aback about how chill I was regarding the whole thing.
  21. I have 1 episode left of Weak Hero s2. Will probably watch it tomorrow. Tbh, I kinda need a new lighthearted romantic k-drama to swoon over. Feels like I already watched everything that interests me, which sucks. Saw that Jung So-min had a new show in 2024, so went into it immediately.. just to see that I already saw it, lol. Or rather, I started watching it, but it didn't click with me at all and dropped it after a few episodes. Nothing new from Bae Suzy yet either, sux too.
  22. I know its really weird, but I really hate killing the caterpillars and the snails. They are just sweeties and so cute- could you possibly just make them a feedable bug as an option? As in you give them something edible they like and they give the production items such as the slime and small nubbins? Or something similar to that effect. Don't get me wrong, I know some would still want to slay them and all, but I struggle with doing so each time and it makes me feel guilty. Also highly suggest dialing it back on the scorpions ganging up on people- and letting them nest with wolf spiders. That was a crazy fight to deal with and try to recover a back pack from. Also, because I am evil, scorpions can live underwater for up to 2 days. If you wanted to include them in any water biomes. That would be pretty awesome. One last little thing, with all the new bugs and colors- maybe make some painting of various building items as options? It'd be kind of cool to just have a few colors to change building pieces too- just a random thought.

  24. Map a key to quick change between mutation loadouts. Can we get more than one hot pouch wheel? Also dont see the point of the the quick craft wheel, maybe replace that or the emote wheel with mutation select.
