Lethal Weapon 4 as in exceedingly mediocre or Lethal Weapon 4 as in mailing it in and collecting a paycheck?  Or both?

At least the music is good. Even if it's all edited in.

The more I watch gameplay videos the more I'm convinced that Bioware has finally lost it with the MMO combat, complete focus on the consoles in UI design and controls, and Ubisoft "open world" (lolololo).

 

I look at Pillars of Eternity gameplay videos, and then I look at this and I wonder how we could go from tactical combat to Gauntlet, from a world as natural as you can get in a computer game, to a hotspot filled theme park, from a basic but PC friendly UI with split second complete control over a party of 6 characters to this slow, clunky mess.

 

For ****s sake Bioware, decide which game you're making and who you're making it for. 

 

I mean.. jesus... Final Fantasy XII did this exact same thing better.. and that game is in the video game equivalent of middle ages now.

The Inquisitor is special because (s)he has a hand that literally shoots Mountain Dew. The ultimate AAA game.

Lethal Weapon 4 was my introduction to Jet Li.

Proper Kung Fu movies are like musicals with fights instead of horrible singing acts. It's an awesome combination. It's not the most impressive fight ever, but somehow there is 'dialouge', tempo, drama curve even.

 

 See if you can spot something familiar.

Well I'm enjoying the game at least. Nothing quite like wandering around and then seeing off in the distance (literally) a dragon getting into a fight with a Giant.

But can a Giant hit you so hard you fly super high into the air? :D

I didn't test it.

 

Also I've unlocked skyhold, seen Hawke, and met the "big bad" of the game... I feel like I just hit act 2.

Can you spoiler me about Hawke and what is he/she doing after DA2?
