LadyCrimson
And yes, those are big cats. Guy on the right topped out at 26 pounds.26 pounds? Sheesh...I had a tabby once who was about 18 pounds (not fat at all either, slim waisted). And I thought that was a hefty weight for a cat. “Things are as they are. The vet said he was about 2 or 3 pounds overweight but that otherwise he was just a big cat. A really big cat. The oddest thing about him is that his mother is the Siamese in the middle of that pic. He got her voice.
Woldan
Took a few pics when I was cycling today:Castle ''Klam'', a nice example of good old Austrian architecture. Built in the 12th century as far as I can remember. Country road, take me home..... Castle ''Klingenstein''. A ruin, but a big one. A bit blurry, I know. Woldan
I just couldn't stay indoors on such a particularly beautiful autumn day so I went for a walk and tried to capture some of natures beauty with my camera. And some shrooms I couldn't identify even though I have a comprehensive fungi guide. 3 I gazed at the dead, and for one dark moment I saw a banquet. Woldan
The second coldest day I've ever experienced. Minus 27 Celsius. I didn't alter the pic in any way, everything was really covered in deep blue lighting. Our highest mountain, the Grossglockner. My natural habitat. Me hiking somewhere.... ManifestedISO
I love mountains! Looks like some glacial valley-carving took place in a couple of those. Azdeus
Hey Woldan, that snowy valley picture is really amazing! If I had'nt been as ludicrously unfit as I am, I'd have begged to be shown around some day. Civilization, in fact, grows more and more maudlin and hysterical; especially under democracy it tends to degenerate into a mere combat of crazes; the whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary. - H.L. Walsingham
Probably a silly question, but why aren't you in the Army, Woldan? You bench, and run up mountains and shoot all the time.
