Hey, don't diss those movies. That's the kind of inspiration Michael Bay drew from, you know. Something has got to explode and burn during a movie. He just took it one step further and made entire movies about things burning and exploding all the time.

madagascar 2 at the imax saturday. total riot. funnier than the first by a long shot. the king (the nonsense marmoset dude) was played by bernie mac, and his part will be missed if there is a 3rd movie.

I love 50s and 60s horror movies, even when the giant old mansion starts burning down for unclear reasons!

Exploding is such a great simple way of giving resolution. At the end of The Village, they should all just explode. And by 'all' I mean M. Night Shmyalan.

I like it.

 

I eagerly await a big budget Hollywood action flick that ends with everyone's heads exploding. Structural explosions and collapses are so yesteryear
