February 15, 200817 yr I have some worries about this movie: 1) Shia Leboulf (or whatever his name is). If he plays the same kind of teenage character as in Disturbia and Transformers, we're in for a lot of trouble, folks. 2) The main plot. We have had the Arc of the Covenant and the Grail. And even Atlantis in a game, what's left to discover? The charm of Indy 1 and 3 was the adventure for seeking clues and finding the great "treasure" with great action in the background. Having action for action's sake, while searching for somethingsomething is a step back IMO. I think he has a lot of potential and remember, just because an actor is best known for a certain type of role, doesn't mean he/she can't do anything else. Example: Tom Hanks. 2- There are MANY great mysteries and lost archeological artifacts in history, religious or not. Try a search on Crystal Skulls and you'll see that there are plenty of mystery surrounding them. I'd never heard of crystal skulls before, just like I'd never heard of Shankara stones. Besides, this trailer shows that Indy will apparently attempt to recover the Ark for the nazis. I'm guessing it's the intro sequence... Indy has been more about characters interacting and the cleverness of the main character than actual action. Indy goes after a loved one first and tries to get the treasure second. No, it's been stated the badguys here are Russians, not Nazis. Also Marion is back! Also, Thank-God-For-Beef is not playing Indy's son as it was rumoured, he plays a different character, a greaser by the name of Mutt Williams.
