December 14, 200718 yr As I've never played the game I'm curious. What do you mean? How can it be a no ob build. It has PROVEN effective. I dare you to show your builds and I will tear you apart in an arugment about how these builds will won them. - OverPowered Godzilla (OPG)
December 14, 200718 yr Age of Empires 1 & 2 (Seriously the best RTS's ever) And here I was, thinking you had good taste We can still be friends?
December 14, 200718 yr Even though I said BG2, I'd have to change my vote to Tetris. There is no other game I've spent as much time on than Tetris. There is no other game in which I am as good as Tetris. This game was my best friend for a good 10 years of my life, and I still take it with me on every vacation. I'm not a person to often bloat about his skills, but I honestly kick some serious ass at Tetris. Most triumphant moment was when I finally found out there is no lvl 21 (by scoring 10 lines on lvl 20, normally the level would increase every 10 lines but starting from 20 the dropping speed remains the same, so I discovered). My next challenge is to find out what happens after you hit 999.999 points, as the score board only has 6 figures. I've managed to get to 270.000, which is pretty freakin' mad by itself.
December 14, 200718 yr Tetris is good and so is the old PC game Risk. I can spend hours playing that old game. December 14, 200718 yr As I've never played the game I'm curious. What do you mean? In Alpha Centauri, unlike other Civ games, you don't pick a country to play, instead you pick an ideology to follow. For me, at least, it makes things more interesting because the way things happen during an AC game reflects the differing ideologies at work. Also, this setup allows for role-playing and means that there can be a moral attachment between the player and the faction he represents. It's just awesome. December 14, 200718 yr I also notice that Fallout 3 is declared a 'worthy heir' to Fallout, impressive since it hasn't even been finished yet. It's as senseless as the folks who've already declared F3 a complete piece of crap.
December 14, 200718 yr It's by no means senseless, all I've seen is horrible **** And I was originally positive about project, mind you. How can it be a no ob build. It has PROVEN effective. December 14, 200718 yr I think it'll be terrific. A true heir to fallout. A post apocalyptic masterpiece of science-fiction, roleplaying, and adventure. 5 stars Edited December 14, 200718 yr by Tale "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater."

December 14, 200718 yr An epic masterpiece of storytelling that will have you rethink the values of modern society as well as your own. "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater."

December 15, 200718 yr Torment. I've played this game on every computer I've ever owned since college. Including my two work computers. I feel like I have to bless any computer that comes into my hands with the game. BUT The BG series is what got me hooked on RPGs. Before that I was mostly into FPS games. I read a magazine article about BG when I was in highschool (in Korea of all places) and the idea of getting a group of adventurers together and traveling around doing quests appealed to me. I got the game during my first year of college and promptly played for around a week non-stop. Assignments and projects be damned. I didn't know anything about AD&D at the time and didn't bother to read the manual. I slowly figured out that lower AC and Thac0 was better and other basic rules. It got me started on playing all sorts of RPGs so BG will always have a special place in my heart.
December 15, 200718 yr Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne. Greatest game in the history of games in my opinion. Played it from warcraft 3 beta all the way through frozen throne beta all the way to about begining of this year. That's seriously 6 years of playing the same game. If that isn't replayability I don't know what is. Interesting universe, great developer (before they became crack pot sell outs), and loved the hero system introduced. Not to mention the great fan base and all the literally dozens of fan made custom games that were actually fun to play and of course the ultimate one, DoTA. Truly a wonderful game. There are definitely games out there that have better production values and game play that is loads funner but its just a classic. There was a time when I questioned the ability for the schizoid to ever experience genuine happiness, at the very least for a prolonged segment of time. I am no closer to finding the answer, however, it has become apparent that contentment is certainly a realizable goal. I find these results to be adequate, if not pleasing. Unfortunately, connection is another subject entirely. When one has sufficiently examined the mind and their emotional constructs, connection can be easily imitated. More data must be gleaned and further collated before a sufficient judgment can be reached.
December 15, 200718 yr Your favorite game, what is it? Oh, there are so many. But I think I'd settle down with System Shock 2, preferably on the ISS, for maximum mood . Rain makes everything better.

DotA sucks... well, it's fanbase does... the game is average at best. Really imbalanced, impossible to learn for newbies and the regular players are idiots (though some clans are more serious). "Alright, I've been thinking. When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade - make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons, what am I supposed to do with these? I'm going to to get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!"
