November 23, 200619 yr Hee hee, the British police have just announced that they are (electronically) fingerprinting motorists who are caught speeding (to aid identification, naturally), and my barber was raided a few weeks ago by a half-dozen police who tore his shop up and searched his garden looking for drugs, then (upon not finding any, naturally) they left without an apology. (Apparently he was telling me that if someone is caught on the premises with some contraband, the owner of the property is liable.) No country has more CCTV cameras. And no-one seems to mind.
