Kor Qel Droma Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 Wow. I just plain loved this episode. That genetic symbol is everywhere! I just saw a screencap of Future Hiro!! and it's across the handle of his weapon. And the cheerleaders revenge = Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
Kor Qel Droma Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 I'm totally biased, but yes. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
Fenghuang Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 Well Kor totally called power leech dude's power. And HOLY CRAP FUTURE HIRO IS A TOTAL BADASS! RIP
kirottu Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 Awesome episode. I loved the reasoning for the japanese guys to start "cheating" at casinos. It was awesome. The "if you ever threat our child again I will put this heel through your skull" was awesome. The train scene with Hiro was awesome. Cheerleader payback was awesome. Though, for some reason cheerleader This post is not to be enjoyed, discussed, or referenced on company time.
Amentep Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 I've kept watching at this, and think its really improved a lot. I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Yet I must - but I cannot! ~ Ro-Man
Oerwinde Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 I think its ratings are well deserved. Its one of the better shows in a while. I guess we really needed that reality show period. It made all those out of work writers really try hard when it started to wane. I used to have like 1 show a week I'd really make sure I watched. Now I have like 5. The area between the balls and the butt is a hotbed of terrorist activity.
astr0creep Posted October 18, 2006 Posted October 18, 2006 I wonder how far in the future Future Hiro is from. His engrish is pelfect. Could it be that the symbol is there because all these people were made like they are? Does Mohinder have powers? http://entertainmentandbeyond.blogspot.com/
Kor Qel Droma Posted October 18, 2006 Posted October 18, 2006 As far as I've read so far, Mohinder is a normal human being. And in case you missed the preview for next weeks' episode, here it is. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
astr0creep Posted October 18, 2006 Posted October 18, 2006 Frakking cool preview. Peter can paint! http://entertainmentandbeyond.blogspot.com/
Shadowstrider Posted October 18, 2006 Posted October 18, 2006 (edited) Should I be watching this show? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yes. You doubted me on Rome. This will be twice your folly. Addendum: This sunday 8pm on NBC they're airing all the shows back-to-back. Play catch-up. Edited October 18, 2006 by Shadowstrider
Kor Qel Droma Posted October 21, 2006 Posted October 21, 2006 In case some of you have a hard time waiting for Monday like me, there's a few minutes of the new episode online courtesy of Yahoo. Don't click the link if you want episode 5 to be a suprise. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
Oerwinde Posted October 21, 2006 Posted October 21, 2006 I just wish they would release the DVD set at the beginning of the season so I don't have to wait! The area between the balls and the butt is a hotbed of terrorist activity.
LadyCrimson Posted October 23, 2006 Posted October 23, 2006 I played catch-up. Series is definitely getting better. If they can hold that pace, it oughta fly. “Things are as they are. Kor Qel Droma Posted October 24, 2006 Posted October 24, 2006 it oughta fly. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Speaking of, the bits with Nathan in action tonight were ...uplifting. Sonic Boom for the win!! but wouldn't you figure a congressional candidate wouldn't land in the parking lot of an occupied diner? You'd think he'd want to be more discreet. Aside from that, I'd use mind reading to get laid more often. Big time. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.

Kor Qel Droma Posted October 24, 2006 Posted October 24, 2006 Yes, but leading up to that point, I'd be like 'score city'. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.

LadyCrimson Posted October 24, 2006 Posted October 24, 2006 My favorite character storylines so far are the cheerleader, the flying politician, and the silent servant of the possible red-herrring bad guy in the glasses. I want to know the servant's story/powers, lol. Tho I'm pretty curious what the power-leecher dude will turn into, also. ...and yeah, the only reason Mr. Politician landed where he did was so the other character could see him. *rolls eyes* Still fun tho. :D “Things are as they are. Gfted1 Posted October 24, 2006 Author Posted October 24, 2006 (edited) Awesome episode! The sonic boom rocked. So it seems the strippers boyfriend can phase through solid objects. I wonder what their sons power will be, a combo of both or a new power? Im really starting to wonder if the guy in the glasses is a bad guy at all. His silent partner powers are pretty neat, not only can he wipe your mind (touch attack, save vs will) but he can block mental assaults. This is rapidly becoming my favorite series, even beating out Lost. Edited October 24, 2006 by Gfted1 "I'm your biggest fan, Ill follow you until you love me, Papa"

Kor Qel Droma Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 Wow. Nikki is crazier than a ****house rat. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
LadyCrimson Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 Is Nikki the blonde stripper character? I wonder if she's dead. If not, I wonder if she'll come back as the evil super-powered nemisis for our "Heroes" to fight with all the time, in the event that the cheerleaders dad isn't truly an evil mastermind. I like her husband - I'd like his power. Plus he seems cool. And yes, she's quite crazy. “Things are as they are.
