Kor Qel Droma Posted October 6, 2006 Posted October 6, 2006 I spent a fair bit of time listening to Bonnie Brae / Teenage Wristband by the Twilight Singers today. Jaguars4ever is still alive. No word of a lie.
Enoch Posted October 6, 2006 Posted October 6, 2006 (edited) Bruce Springsteen - , Hammersmith Odeon, 1975 Absolutely incendiary performance of my all-time favorite Springsteen song. An example of some of the best story-song writing in American music, well, ever. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Wow... Wow. Thank you for the link; I've always loved that song, too (and the rest of Greetings from Asbury Park). My parents (who were a couple of years behind him at the same high school) keep telling me how amazing Bruce was live back in the day. Stuff like that clip makes me think twice before dismissing it as nostalgia. Edit: This led me to . Edited October 6, 2006 by Enoch
Darth Drabek Posted October 6, 2006 Posted October 6, 2006 (edited) God, I love those Springsteen epics. That "Jungleland" vid is great. I didn't see him live until the E Street band tour promoting the Rising. Fantastic show, best I've ever seen, but to see him in a small venue like that when the band still was still young and taking risks would have been one hell of an experience. Speaking of small clubs, The Lemonheads are coming to a small venue in Cleveland in December AND it's on a weekend! Mark Lanegan - Wedding Dress Edit: wow, nice tip o' the hat to Cash with the "Jackson" lyrical tease... Edited October 6, 2006 by Darth Drabek baby, take off your beret everyone's a critic and most people are DJs

Just because you're a bit thinner than your even fatter mum it doesn't mean you're in excellent physical shape, if you could fit through the door and view the normal people you'd notice that cheeseburger boy.
