It is moronic to generalize about a country. Just as an example, to say that Americans are stupid based on that clip Xard posted on this thread would be dim-witted. That is what is retarded about that guy saying that Korea is trouble because of their attitude.

Experience, and also the notion that mot people are too busy surviving to become more cultured. When the priority is simply getting enough food to survive, you're not going to have time to read or do anything that might make you more cultured or brighter.

And in western world (where surviving doesn't consume time) there is ignorance etc.
